The property was excellent I every shape and form! Recommending to stay in this hotel for your visit in Sialkot!

The staff was very helpful but the language was often a problem. The room was nice and clean. Lot of water in the shower.

The site mentions a breakfast buffet. Unfortunately there wasn't. You had to specify what you wanted to eat the night before breakfast. Due to the lack of knowledge of the English language of the staff, this went wrong several times. The location was OK. we where there for work. The re was nop retaurant as mention on the site. The was hardley a balkony with vew on my room.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Sialkot but this beats them all. The facilities are excellent the staff are so welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Farhan and Mr Sohaib Mr. Wahab I will definitely be returning back to the Royaute luxury Hotel and would definitely recommend to all my family and friends as this place is suitable for everyone. If your looking for 5 star quality then this is the place to come

Poor service , paint was off from the wall, charged more then what I suppose to pay and blame on booking.com. most of the stuff on menu was not available and they will let you know 45 mins after the order. No manager or supervisor. I have a big list but all in all that if you are thinking of a business or corporate booking and on time schdule then this is not the place .PS the hotel is on only on third floor above the banqueting hall, one corridor of 15 to 20 rooms.
