Clean rooms..polite staff, comfortable stay

Our luggage bag lock was tampered with while we were away.

Rooms were clean Wi-Fi was working fine AC's were cooling

AC went off in the middle of the night for approx 1 hour, probably they are not having any power backup AC starting leaking water on the floor and we have to keep a bucket under it as water was dripping fast, response from staff was that "AC is having some issue and went away", not even checked the AC. Lastly one of the room toilet was not even having a lock to lock it from inside, no privacy Hotel location is a bit inside the narrow road

The reviews are very misleading, this is a poor hotel. The rooms were damp and musty and not deserving of a good rating. The staff were friendly enough and let us take a look at the rooms before we checked in. The hotel is v sub-standard, I hope this review serves as a warning.
