Central location, comfort, privacy, easy access to local amenities and value for money. Timely action to resolve beeping smoke detector.

Shower just a little small but could not have been any bigger. Parking not always available in the street outside accommodation. Smoke detector in kitchen started beeping at 4.50am unfortunately we couldn’t reach it……. suggest regular changing of batteries.

Great location. The flat has everything you need, ideal size for two people.

Location was excellent, property close to everything, very clean, spacious and a most comfortable bed , no problems parking . Kitchen well equipped. Overall wonderful will be staying here again on any return visits .

Having milk in fridge would be helpful to go with tea and coffee provided . That's the best I can do for dislikes .

Location was great, handy for local attractions and bars and restaurants, quiet street. Really felt like we were living local, managed to get car parked there okay.

The flat smelled of stale cigarette smoke, had obviously not been occupied too recently, opened the windows to let fresh air in. Lacking a few basics, not a major issue for our two nights but no dish towel, lack of cleaning stuff, no toilet brush. Very minor things.

.Flat was cold on entry. It would have been good if heating had been put on before we arrived.

Property was cold out with the set heating cycle & I had to turn on the heating more than I would have liked. Quite a draught from the main room windows. No can opener (minor niggle).

Good set up for work as well as pleasure.

Manor Place was really warm and comfortable and a terrific base for visits to Dundee and walks along the shore. The flat is not even 5 minutes' walk from the train station and from there the train takes less than 10 minutes to get into Dundee, so I didn't need to think about driving in an area I'm unfamiliar with. I parked without difficulty round the back of the building. I don't have Netflix at home, so it was great having access in the flat on wet days or in the evenings.

There was nothing I didn't like, but the kitchen area is very small and, although there is plenty of crockery and cutlery, the supply of pots, pans and utensils was quite limited. Perfectly adequate for one person having a lazy New Year break, to be fair!

Lovely property, great location. Comfortable and cosy.
