Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, quiet aircon and netflix capable tv (own account). Noise proofing was genuine, didn't hear a peep from the neighbours or those upstairs... if they were there?

No drinking glasses... only coffee mugs. Pretty uncomfortable couch with no cushions and a bit Limited in the bedding and linen departments. Made do but would have struggled if the full 4 pax were staying.

Not sure how you can improve this but take us sometime to get the lift lobby at B3. We have to circle around a bit looking for lift lobby to your unit block.

Location was amazing, right on top of Jaya Grocer, attached to RF mall. If you came by train, from JB Central, just take the link bridge until you reached RF mall and go down, passed 7/11. This unit has everything you need. Washing machine, induction cooker, everything. Netflix was amazing, apartment was spacious and clean. Fits for a family of 3 or 4. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Johor in the future. Also, security guard was so helpful, would do anything to help. So impressive. Owner was very very helpful too.

Location is central

Cleanliness level is super low. The dishwashing area was so dirty especially around the sink and under the sink and all around. Similarly with the toilet bowl and the floor in the shower area. So yucky. The pillows are flat like pancake.

Wifi

The places full of dirt. Already request to clean the dust but he say he have a lot of other apartments to clean and have no time to clean my apartment. All self check in and no one come to assist or guide us. The parking was too large and always hv trouble to find the entrance to lift. When reach the apartment telco line show as roaming since very near to Singapore border. No water filter provided. No washing provided. Water filter and washing machine in a bad condition and not functioning. Iron board not provided. All mess up in this hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. Very bad services.
