Great private property, host goes above-and-beyond to ensure everything is taken care of from property maintenance to scheduling activities, and the facilities are truly lovely. We swam in the pool, cooked on the grill, and had a lovely time hanging out in the smaller Casita and the larger Casa Grande. Would definitely go back!

During the month of March / April there is a seaweed bloom that makes it way to the beach. This property and all the others on the bay do everything they can to remove the seaweed (there was a guy wheel-barrowing seaweed out all day, every day), but it does smell bad and prohibits swimming in the ocean on the bay. We were disappointed by this, but it is outside of the property's control, obviously. The only other challenge is that taxis into town or to the Zona Hoterela are PRICEY. So either keep this in mind, bring a car, or plan to spend an arm-and-a-leg to get around. Wifi is also so-so.

Great location, best staff, minutes drive from Tulum and the villa has the most amazing beach and private pool. Definitely coming back

Me and my friends stayed in this beautifully designed villa which was located on the most incredible bay next to tulum . The villa was right on the private beach and had a private pool. Maria who was taking care of the daily cleaning was wonderful. This is the real paradise gem and I am planning to come back this year .

This place is amazing! The horseshoe bay is quite literally a giant aquarium where we saw giant manta rays, turtles and myriad fish pretty much daily on the reef that encloses the bay. An oasis of tranquility minutes from the (pleasant) madness of Tulum. The house and our hosts Maria and Vicente were great. Cannot recommend enough!

Incredible villa and location with its own private beach and private pool. The villa is made if 2 houses with sea front in a very secure gated area. The staff there was friendly and helpful and did the daily cleaning. One of the best restaurants it’s only few minutes walk.
