Not clean, staff is harassing guests to make some side bucks.. they are fooling around with the property owner and shifting guests luggage to different rooms without their consent...

Bed and Beddings were clean

Service was very poor and pathetic. The location was in a very narrow lane. There was no provision of Hot water since the geyser was solar operated so I was told it's my bad luck as there is no sunlight outside . I insisted for hot water, only then the hotel provided half a bucket of hot water. For the remaining two days I had to fend for myself. The bathroom door couldn't shut. I complained. Manager apologised and promised to fix it next Day but conveniently forgot. So I had no choice but to leave it open. Sharp nails exposed on the head rest of the bed. Insects in the living room. No water provided in the room. One has to call and request. No soaps and toiletries. Was told to use the hand wash as body wash.
