As a woman traveling alone, safety was my top concern. Coliwo surpassed my expectations in this regard. coliwo provided a secure environment with 24/7 surveillance, ensuring I felt at ease throughout my stay, Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help. Their warm and welcoming nature made me feel at home from the very beginning, contributing to an overall positive experience Can't wait to return!

The rooms and staff was the best thing about the property, it was my second stay in the same property, never disappoints 🙌

The room i booked wasn't the one given, so I had to make a request to change the room.
The service, there is no lift at the property.

It was an apartment like atmosphere nice to have if you're going to stay there for an extended period of time. Else if you there and want a full hostel vibe meet and discover not the place.
There wasn't Air Conditioning and when asked, was told that mode was changed and will take time cooling. (Not the case) We were out in a haste and used to be back late never fixed.

The King's room with bathtub is great and has all the amenities. The property has a proper space to work as well. The property provides Thali at a very nominal rate. The caretaker(Abhishek) was very good, and friendly and resolved any complaints/requests that we had.
The property is located in a narrow lane which is not that convenient.

Not clean, staff is harassing guests to make some side bucks.. they are fooling around with the property owner and shifting guests luggage to different rooms without their consent...

Bed and Beddings were clean
Service was very poor and pathetic. The location was in a very narrow lane.
There was no provision of Hot water since the geyser was solar operated so I was told it's my bad luck as there is no sunlight outside . I insisted for hot water, only then the hotel provided half a bucket of hot water. For the remaining two days I had to fend for myself.
The bathroom door couldn't shut. I complained. Manager apologised and promised to fix it next
Day but conveniently forgot. So I had no choice but to leave it open.
Sharp nails exposed on the head rest of the bed.
Insects in the living room.
No water provided in the room. One has to call and request.
No soaps and toiletries. Was told to use the hand wash as body wash.
