There is absolutely nothing to like about this place.

Where do i even begin. The room we were given was big and has a lot of potential, but it's ruined by all the massive ancient wooden furniture. I booked for a room with a queen-sized bed but instead got 2 single beds that can't be put together due to the enormous ugly headboard with a built-in bedside table in the middle. Absolutely ridiculous, and that's not the worst part. Our room was R1200 for the night, yet there are no bathroom facilities in the room. It's all communal, but this is not the worst part about this place. We ordered the room with breakfast included (which was at an extra cost). Our breakfast? One burnt egg with one piece of bacon and one sausage, dry toast and black coffee. Guess what though, this is still not the worst part about this place! The worst part is the "management" of the establishment (which is undoubtedly THE OWNER) has deemed it necessary to cover every single wall from the entrance, to the rooms, to the bathrooms, literally everywhere with "memos" or "notices" directed at guests!! One of them saying "don't be animals!", another saying "you will be searched upon checkout". Whomever this idiot owner is is defintely a "penny-wise, pound foolish" type of person and this place will continue to deteriorate until it eventually closes. I'll be glad for that day, because this is just ridiculous.

The house keeper was so warm nd welcoming, the location is safe nd near convenient stores

the hostess was rude. the requested our IDs, breakfast was atrocious, cold, dry and unappetising. there was no aircon in the room or Dstv. The curtains/blinds were dirty.

The helping lady was great, very friendly and helpful.

The shared plate at breakfast, the communal bathroom with shower door not working properly. Only 1 bath towel for 2 guests in the room. It would be ideal to have a gate remote for guests as we had to wake the lady up at night to open the gate when we wanted to get back in.
