Sehr freundliches Personal!

Im gesamten Zimmer waren überall gigantische Ameisen. Selbst im Bett! Die Schränke waren voller Spinnweben. Beim Essen waren überall Käfer auf den Tischen und Stühlen.

La nourriture était excellente la vue de la chambre a couper le souffle surtout l’ors du lever de soleil et le personnel est très sympathique

There were some construction happening next to us although it was a weekend and it disturbed our privacy specifically with the bathroom since it was absolutely outdoors

I loved where the property located. The view is amazing if you chose the room with the pool, you won’t regret it.

Le service !!!On nous a demandé de reserver la veille pour le lendemain pour avoir le petit dej dans notre chambre, et quand nous l avons fait on nous a dit que c etait pas possible car pas assez de personnel (nous étions a 20 mètres de la cuisine) et le lendemain matin, croyant qu on frappait a notre porte, en ouvrant on a vu que c etait le petit dej servi en chambre… mais pour la chambre d a coté! Aussi il fait eviter les repas au restaurant: simple sans interet et tres cher (7 fois le pris d un warung)

Air - conditioned room with a balcony, which had nice views. Huge bathroom with bath and shower, large room with extra large and comfy bed. The restaurant has nice food and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

We had the room at the very bottom of the resort, which meant 90 steps up to reception / restaurant and 90 steps back to our room. We did not realize that it was so far from Ubud - a 30 minute drive.

Everything here was amazing, just exactly what we were looking for… However not every staff member speaks good english, but still they were the kindest souls, helped us in anything anytime. I also got a bag from them as a gift in the last day which absolutely made my day! It was not located in the tourist area, which made our stay pretty relaxing after the long tours we did… you can only hear the animals from the jungle from your balcony, we loved it! I especially recommend it instead of Ubud center, if you would like to go to the north and east part of Bali as well, because you can avoid Ubud’s traffic. The shared pool is also fantastic, facing to the jungle, clean and quiet, just like the rooms. Breakfast and dinner was also pretty good, especially the smoothie bowl, creamy pasta and the chicken wings, but to be honest there was no meal that we didn’t like.

Maybe the staff could improve their english a little bit, but they are doing an amazing job anyways! Also, be prepared for the steep steps to some room and the public pool, but staff are helping with the luggages and the steps with the flowers are so worth it, so I cannot say anything bad! :)))

we loved campuhan sebatu resort. the staff were amazing and made me and my wife feel like family. the rooms were clean and had amazing views over the jungle. Tuyul does a free morning walk which took us to the waterfall not far from hotel. what a great way to start the day. bread easy over liking the rice fields outstanding. Balinese massages over looking the jungle. I really could go in and on. the region is very spiritual and I must say leaving left a tear in my eye. I hope to be back very soon while travelling around Bali.

Great view loved the room

The Spa was not great the area was not maintained looked like no one used it for a while. Breakfast was decent but juices provided was poor quality.

Beautiful place surrounded by rice fields and the tropical forest. It's very peaceful, you only hear natural sounds. The staff is exceptional, attentive to every request, they made us feel at home. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort and the food was also good and carefully prepared. We couldn't find a better place than this! Thanks for the great stay!

Great service, incredibly nice employees, gorgeous view, beautiful floating breakfast and easy scooter rental.

Food could be improved but there is a great restaurant just across the street.

The location is really nice - in the middle of the jungle, very calm and perfect if you wnt to run away from the noisy cities. The staff is very cheerful and helpful.

The wifi was very weak in our room, almost impossible to use, so we had to use the one in reception area, which was much more better.

The location was quite away from the city center. The villa definitely needs maintenance. A lot of insects there.

We had the jungle view room which overlooked a gorgeous jungle cliff-side with lush vegetation and a small rice field - setting the scene for some picturesque morning coffees! The infinity pool with the view was also a highlight! We particularly enjoyed the calm vibe of the area. There were still lots of secluded sites in a walkable distance such as Gunung Kawi Sebatu temple, Bayad waterfall - just to name a few. The staff was the kindest, they attended to all our needs!

Food portion sizing was inconsistent.

The staff were going above and beyond for our stay. Nothing was too hard to arrange for them and they were so caring and helpful

Hotel staff was extremly helpful, kind, always smiling. View from our room was lovely.we got complementary water every day. Bathroom, especially the shower was amazing. We would be happy to return in the future.
