The room looked good and the bathroom was very clean. I appreciated the safety precautions taken with the general house and my room as well.

The heating however wasn't very effective and it was a bit cold. Also the pillows were flat and thin.

It was located in a very nice neighborhood, good laundry facilities. but the property was not convince at all. Because the people walk on the floor we heard every step of people in the house.

The kitchen facilities were very poor. In the whole kitchen I found one big spoon and one small spoon. Also there were lake of plates. There was couple of small plates for kids not for adults. Our room look like a prison . The AC was on 24 hours on but we couldn’t switch it off. We had no access to it. I have tried to switch it off but no chance. The house is too far from everything. No shops or coffee shops close by. You have to walk about 30 minutes to have access to shops and coffee shops. Like Tim Hortons.

the bed was sỗ uncomfortable

Nice location. Lots of space in room. Having the use of the deck was nice.

Not very clean. Felt dated. Lots of kitchen items missing so had to go out and buy own forks, spoons and bowls. Expensive for what it was.
