Bed was comfortable. Reception guy at arrival was friendly and gave me a room as far away from the street as possible, as I requested.

The worst: When I wanted to leave at 6:30am I realized that they turned off the elevator and locked the door to the stairhouse. So I was literally locked in, like in a prison. I tried to call the reception, nobody answered. Apart from being extremely unsafe in case of a fire I just don‘t feel comfortable being locked in. They ended up taking the phone at the reception after a couple of tries, still this is an absolute No-Go!! Bathroom was rather basic. Price was too high for what it was, my last hotel in Gulshan was a lot cheaper and had better amenities.

Excellent location! It is very close to Star Kabab. Also close to many other restaurants. You can walk to many local attractions and pass your time.

Wish there was a view from my room. Also the breakfast was not large enough. But it was Ramadan time. May be thats why.

To start off, the Staffs were great. Respectful, Kind, very Helpful. Breakfast was great for me. They served bread, Jam, Butter, Juice, Paratha with sausage, daal, omlette and hot drinks like tea/coffee. I did not taste their lunch or dinner, cannot comment on them. WiFi was free and the speed was really good. The room was pretty good with all amenities inside including hairdryer and 2 slippers. The stay was Safe and peaceful.

The only thing that could be made possible is airport shuttle service.

The hotel isn't a four-star standard. The check-in staff isn't professional. The room is expensive compared to the facilities.

It was a great Buffet. Had both veg and nonveg options catering to all sorts of people. Personally I went for veggie route paired with a glass of OJ.

Soundproofing could have been better. Other than that no complaints
