I liked the security since you needed to have a key fob to get in and out of the residence.

There was no shower mat provided. There was no trash bin in the room or the bathroom. A fire alarm went off Monday morning at 11am as I was showering and it was a very stressful situation trying to make my way down. It turned out to be a fire drill and I wish we had been notified by email, as every day during my stay I left before 6:30am and came back at 11pm. I wish more toilet paper were provided, especially since my stay was for a week.

The place was clean and comfy. Those at the reception desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient and I would recommend this place to all. Thank you!

Piles of dirt in corridor, dusty surfaces and mould in the shower. Loud banging of doors from other guests.

A budget friendly option during a busy period in the city. Good to have a private room rather than a shared hostel dorm. En suite shower room is small but functions well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely hot - appeared to be heating on in some areas of building despite it being a heatwave up to 30 degrees. very uncomfortable. would recommend taking earplugs. Constant doors banging with other guests coming and going. Sound travels from neighbouring properties as well as the 8 rooms within the flat. Sound from the closest rooms is piercing as no insulation etc to absorb it and the fire door closings on every door are the most powerful I’ve experienced and very difficult to control. Traffic noise outside is also very loud. fan system (can’t be switched off) in the kitchen meant I couldn’t hear a podcast from my phone even at highest volume. kitchen supplies are very basic e.g. no wooden spoon, baking tray, salt etc so if you plan on using the kitchen that’s worth being aware of. dirty lightswitches with sticky gloop - I had to clean them. no bin in bedroom. reading light over bed is brighter than all other lights in the room combined! mattress very solid and bedding low quality - you get what you pay for though and it did the job as a budget friendly option.
