The location is superb. Since it is on the Houseboat route, there was no need for travel. We could watch hundreds of Houseboats,shikharas, speedboats from the room which was spectacular.

Nothing I liked about this hotel and I do not recommend it at all
There is no air conditioning in the very hot hotel. The Wi-Fi is very slow and does not work well. The rooms are not perfectly clean. The pictures do not deceive you. I do not recommend it at all. Stay away from it as much as possible.

The location of the homestay was the only advantage this property has. few rooms have a lake view thats what makes the stay worthwhile.
The owner of the homestay was not available. An old couple who are the parents of the owner manages all the activities. There are little to no facilities at the homestay. Like no hot water, no wi-fi.
I had to request hot water everytime i needed some and they were not happy to serve, which probably was a turn down.

Beautiful location..Rooms worth the price.. Owners were very very good and really helpful. They deeded us when we couldn't find any restaurant at late hr. Also helped us with budgeted canoe for back waters and getting trasportation to bus stop.

I dont like anything in this hotel....very cheap fellows....for hot water asking 20rs and they gave small bucket of water...extra 500rs for ac.....Only room value is cheap...inside everything is expensive....turning off water before guests leaves the room...

Location was right beside backwater canal.
We had booked it for 3 people, however when we showed up the room was tiny (and dark) and could barely fit two people. We had to really fight to get a bigger room, and they were not kind to us. The toilet didn’t work and so we had to use the bathroom in a different room. We ended up only staying one night and checked out early

Location was good. Rooms were big enough. There was option for AC & Non AC with same room. Owners were very helpful. Parking available for 3cars but parking is a challenge due to the nature of the plot location.
It wasn't a smooth stay. Owners were reactive rather than proactive. We end up querying everything, we were alright with that but others might struggle with it. Could do a lot of things litte things to improve the stay. There is space for adding a lawn area for guests to have lunch, dinner etc. Owners have option to open roof terrace for guests to have a good view to lake & dinner. Plumbing issues needs to address, mosquito netting to add. With a little bit improvement the stay can make more comfortable. Owners needs to learn a bit more with online bookings procedures as well.
