beds ware comfortable. It was clean. we have stayed for only one night and this in our second stay in this hotel, but the first time we received deferent room which was excellent.,

there was orful smell from the toilet all the time even in the time when we did not used it. The owners must do something about that smell immediately, otherwise they will lose their gests. There also was some problem with the TV signal. I have to restart the receiver two times to fix the problem.

I didn't book breakfast with the room but used the restaurant regularly, for breakfast including (I love their French toast). I have stayed at the hotel before, it feels like home. 😊

The property doesn't have a lift, but it didn't impact me, I was on the 1st floor.

The hotel is at a perfect location in a lively area of Studentski Grad. The hotel is situated right across a Fantastico supermarket which sells everything you might need. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and clean, the WiFi was perfect for remote work and (a limited selection) of parking spaces were available at the back of the hotel. I stayed for 3 days and could easily find a free parking space every day. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor in which they serve tasty food. The hotel outdid my expectations!

Shower door did not shut properly and hence there was an open space between the panels. Bathroom floor gets wet when shower is used. There are a few missing items in the kitchen such as dish rack, saucepan, frying pan.
