The property is very clean and even looks newly remodeled.

They collect a 100€ cash deposit, that isn’t explained on booking.com. The owner is very particular about his “rules”, it is kind of a mood killer when you look around and see signs of what you are not allowed to do everywhere, literally everywhere. The washing machine isn’t included, they charge for that. There is no “on property parking” Also plan on wearing shoes that are provided here.

The stuff was helpful. The facilities are new and really clean with a fully equipped new kitchen and a couple of balconies

The location is a bit far from the main points but there is a tram that goes there. It takes some time but you won't have to walk
