The location- perfect for trips to Kennedy Space Center. The Rooftop restaurant was excellent for watching the launch (which we were lucky enough to see!) staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, modern rooms and gorgeous lobby. Everything clean and well-maintained and the very best location to visit the Kennedy Space Center.

Breakfast was expensive. It was fancy but didn’t need fancy for breakfast.
Having to pay for Starbucks coffee. They should have regular coffee that is free in the lobby.

Gutes Hotel. Für einen stop Over ideal. Mit dem Auto 10min zum Kennedy Space Centre. Alles sehr neu, sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Lage, kostenfreie Parkplätze, netter Empfang, hilfsbereiter Staff. Mit dem Auto ca. 45min zum Orlando International Airport. Preis/Leistung passt. Für uns war es hier die letzte Nacht auf unserem Road-trip durch Florida.
Das Einzige was fehlt, ist ein Restaurant mit vernünftigem Essen (nicht aufgetaut). Alternativen gibts in der Umgebung, braucht es aber den Wagen. Beim nächsten Mal trotzdem sehr gerne wieder!

Klimaanlage. Zumindest in Raum 417 bläst sie störend laut Tag und Nacht.
Nicht abstellbar da sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen und laut Vernehmen die Klimaanlage benötigt wird, um die Luftfeuchtigkeit zu regulieren.

I thought the food was a bit pricey. Overall the room was clean, view was awesome, staff were friendly, and lots to do within a short distance. The price for the room was a bit high even when there are no launches scheduled. But I guess I got good service so I don't have much room to complain lol

The ad said that the rooms had two queen beds. The beds were not greens, just double beds. Not very comfortable for a big man and his wife.

Super clean, cool layout and theme. The Space Bar also was great and the food and drinks were great.
Our only complaint, if we had to find one is the handle in the bathroom sink is annoying cause you have to move it around a bit to get it to shut off.

It was a nice, new, clean hotel located on River front. Nice decor in rooms. Very cool rooftop bar. Beautiful pool with bar. Nice area out back with seating on patio and chairs down by River front. Free Parking. Also able to view launches from Cape Canaveral from rooftop bar.
No complimentary coffee or breakfast, although there is a restaurant to purchase breakfast but was a bit pricey. There are small coffee pots in rooms to make your own, but complimentary coffee would have been nice.

Location right on indian river lagoon was great. We were lucky to catch a night spaceX launch, and it was very cool. Room was clean and spacious, bed and shower were good, no issues. Lots of free parking and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Rooftop Space bar is a nice option as well
Would like to have had a free coffee option in lobby. In room was ok, but didn't choose to pay for overpriced starbucks in the cafe. Also, some grab and go breakfast options would be nice. A little more that I like to spend per night, but it was worth it.

There was not a breakfast included so the price was a little high and the cost of breakfast was high.
The room was nice and the staff was really nice.
The view of the launch was amazing - they could turn off the lights and/or offer drinks during a launch.
Would have been nice if breakfast was included - it was pretty expensive for 3 people.

We loved the location of the hotel for a school trip to Kennedy Space Center!  Everything was new and extremely clean. The view on the water side trail with hammocks, chairs, and fire pit tables in the evening cannot be beat!
There are limited choices on the menu for dining in the hotel, and prices for breakfast were on the expensive side for a Starbucks café. Hopefully the higher nightly room rate for this area will include a breakfast in the future perhaps...or maybe room service?

strange wet spot on carpet in room—had we stayed longer than a night I would have brought it up with hotel but seems like an aberration, the rest of the hotel was well serviced

the proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, the theming, the astronaut lights in the rooms, & the pool.
the pool closed at 5:00 pm on Saturday due to an event so we couldn’t use it after our day at the Kennedy Space Center which we were looking forward to doing.

Very clean and the kids loved the space theme and star machine in the room
Couldn’t use the upstairs bar for food because it was too windy. Wish that was enclosed more.
