Not comfortable. Bed was like a camper

Me and 2 my children(ages 5 and 6) were harassed to check out and be removed off the property by your employee Te’oma at 3300 Peston Hwy in Louisville ky on 11/06/2023 because I reached out to corporate about his rude behavior and malicious made up rules on the property against African Americans. I will be taking extra steps towards getting this situated handled because he can not possibly have the right to discriminate against African Americans and get away with it. He demanded several African Americans off the property between Sunday and Monday and I will reach out to anyone and everyone I have to until he is fired immediately. He has no remorse for humans that are of different ethnicity and needs to removed from the company as soon as possible.

I started out paying day by day and after about a week of paying I talked to 2 different people at the front desk about the price difference between day, weekly and monthly rates. I was going to pay for a month but was further explained that weekly rate would be better option because of discounts and and special rates.Pay for a week. The week pass and I go down to pay for my next week. Front desk eventually tells me that they can not give me a week they can only give me 5 days because my room was booked for next week. Even though I have been paying for the same room for almost a month. I asked about the discounts and everything else that I was suppose to get for paying a weekly rate. He did not have any solution to that. Not only was the front desk clerk(a white male) rude to me but he never had any intention on at least trying to figure out a solution. BEING A VALUABLE PAYING CUSTOMER DOES NOT MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THIS COMPANY and I felt like they were being prejudice towards me and my family at the front desk.

The refrigerator wasn't working so by the time we checked in and noticed that, the front desk had closed @ 10. Therefore I had to throw away about $60 worth of food. The microwave was dirty as well as the floor. No ice machine? Without a working refrigerator I didn't have ice. I'm still waiting for a refund of $60 from last Tuesday.

I had a ground floor room and couldn’t open the window shades.

It had a functional kitchen

There was no chair in the room

The employees especially the supervisor he was very helpful and friendly and made me and my family feel right at home

The Staff was amazing and so helpful they are what made the experience so great
