We found the property to be good and practical with sufficient space and all of the things we needed. Owner was excellent to deal with. Good air conditioning and heating. We found that we needed both. Full kitchen facilities and laundry. Friendly dog.

The bed sagged a bit in the middle made worse by the fact I am a big hit. You need a car (which we had) in Baton Rouge and to stay here.

I have a 2 month contract in Baton Rouge for the State. The contract got delayed a couple of days. Those 3 days cost you 2 months of rental due to your greed. I would suggest you listen to those who reach out. I added this to our company's message board.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like!

I was actually kicked out of the home for a kid being at the facility that wasn't even staying there and I told her that and she still told me to leave not knowing if I could get another place to stay

The apt was spacious and well equipped

I booked this apt because it was advertised as The Farm.. It was like false advertising The neighborhood is a middle class rural at best..with in the back fields with some animals that have nothingvto do with the property. The A/c units were very noisy with short cycles. The check in was supposed to be at 3pm..I arrived at 4.30 and I had a message saying that the apartment would not be ready for another hour at the least... I am not happy with the value..it is an overpriced property located on top of a garage.

Clean, Convenient, thoughtful amenities

It was very cozy and quiet. The owner is kind and willing to work with you on early check in time. There was access to the owner's Netflix/Prime, so we didn't miss any movies. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also loved that I got to meet the owner's sweet dog
