La verdad, nada. Todo mal.
El inodoro tenía fuga de agua en su base y el piso del baño siempre estaba mojado, el control del televisor no era de la misma marca y me dijeron que no habia nada que pudieran hacer así que no lo pude usar en toda la estadía. Y tampoco servía el servicio de televisión por cable. El desayuno estuvo seco y sin sabor.

Nothing bad about the property only thing is that it’s located on a big hill and I didn’t want to go up and down to go to the store so I used udder eats for everything.

Staff is really nice, good customer service
There were loud noises from party guests past midnight, dogs barking at 4 am and early morning for a considerable time, personnel talking really loud from the lobby at early morning (around 6 am). Rooms also need improvement, doors needed fixing, bad smell came from the bathroom as soon as we arrived (not because of lack of cleaning), and location was not very convenient. Too far from the city main points, and poor signalisation for drivers. Definitely, I would not stay at the hotel again.

Location, staff. The staff didn’t even have my reservation? Good thing I save the reservation number. The very worst of it, my room was in the second floor the steps to go up were like an afterthought, very unsafe for and elderly couple like us

The location is perfect, close to the city. The beds are fine. Free WiFi. Netflix is available. Clean and the cleaning lady is great.
Loud, weddings two days in a row, the staff is trained to smile but not trained to address the issues. Overall, the staff prefers to talk to each other than address the issues of a client. No hot water so taking shower is tough.

The staff was amazing. I have to mention what the cleaning/breakfast lady said to me that I wish most people would realize: When I told her that I could get my own coffee and to relax, she answered, "it is because of you that I have a job, let me do it."
We liked everything, I guess one little thing is that the walls are not sound proof, but the building is small so there aren't that many guests. Also, they hold events, but they end at a reasonable time.

Environment- it's like being in the mountains roght in the heart of San Salvador.
Since its fairly new- it needs to work on breakfast variety, front gate door should open inwards to avoid holding traffic when getting in ,

Location, personnel, included breakfast.
It is relatively a new place so they have minor things they have to improve on in order to enhance your stay. I do have to say their personnel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home specially Beatrice. She and Nicole are unbelievable, so accommodating.
