As stated above worst stay. Noisy, unclean and needs a revamp.
The photos were deceptive. It looks modern and contemporary from the images but when you get there the furniture and facilities all need an upgrade. The sofa has a huge dent in the middle, the rug had sticks or tooth picks stuck in them which I tried to hoover myself. The headboard was broken which I managed to also fix myself. The hanging rail was missing a screw so it was leaning to one side. The spare bed/mattress had stains on them. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere even though they claimed a cleaner had been there before me. The shower door was not sliding which they have now tried to retain my security deposit claiming this was my fault. Next door seems to house a lot of people in and out of the house at weird hours god know what goes in there as they were blasting loud music on several nights. Communication for this property is atrocious as I was left with no power for a few hours due to the fact that the electric meter ran out and I had to call them to get it reinstated because I had my 4 month old with me. It took approximately 6 hours for anything to be sorted out with the numerous emails and calls I made to the property management team. Worst experience, steer away. I would not recommend anyone to stay here as they will retain your security deposit for items that have already been damaged and not fixed prior to your stay. And if you do stay with them, make sure you take photos of every little part of this because again they will extort you out of your money claiming you caused damage for items that had already sustained damage and hadn’t been maintained.

Poor
Location was ideal for me visiting family.
It was dirty, damp and smelly with rubbish in the back and front.. Neighbours worked all different shifts and were noisy so disturbed alot. Dennis was quick to respond to conditions and was very nice but dampness and smell continued.

Nothing - DO NOT BOOK AND WASTE YOUR MONEY
The apartment was dirty and not cleaned properly there was yellow stains on bedding. The furniture had stains on it. There was food left in the fridge and freezer. The water pressure for the shower was low. On 2nd night the electricity completely ran out reported it and they took over 6 hours to top up the meter again. Was sitting in the dark, cold, could not shower, make a cup of tea or food. Everything electricity could not be used which is basically the whole house and I had to go to work that day. The staff are incompetent and was not helpful at all. I reported the issue via phone and also booking messenger and they ignored all my messages. They take £200 security deposit there crooks they don't clean the apartment and don't even top up the electricity. I escalated these problems to the manager and they were not helpful aswell just dismissed me and said they will deal with it on Monday which I had already checked out by then and to no surprise no one got back to me. So I had to get booking.com involved to intervene as they were refusing to give me my security deposit back and wouldn't even give me a refund. When they did decide to give me a refund they only gave me £50 to me wasn't sufficient enough for all the problems I faced while staying at the property, being ignored constantly by both the staff and manager and not to mention the only reason they got back in touch with me was because I got booking.com involved- awful experience

Superb
Exactly like the photos. it's a small place but I highly recommend! Calm and quiet location, next to a park with playground for children. Had a highchair for our baby, great shower and heating too.  I had a problem with cleaning, when I arrived still hadn't been cleaned and the bed linen hadn't been changed yet, but the cleaning team arrived shortly after. I had informed in advance that my check in would be at 3pm.
The bed could be a little more comfortable... the rest was great!

Fantastic stay in London
This is my third stay this year. I invisge it being an ongoing place to stay whenever I am in London. The host is exceptional. Location is ideal for my needs. The appartment has everything required for a comfortable stay with family.

location
speaking with different people they told me dishwasher was there and iron board and clothes rack to dry but when we got to the property nothing was there, the weather was very hot in london while our stay no fans aswell, but speaking if different staff in the end we got all the things after 2 days. whoever is coming for cleaning the property they need to clean it properly. because when we got to the property it wasnt that cleaned we had to clean dishes, microwave was very bad un cleaned. toilet set is loose aswell and when you sit on it you can see it loose. the only thing i like about property was location to be honest.
