Hotel staffs were cooperative and helpful, and also the location is convenient as everything is close by get done.

All. The staff were unhelpful, I have to walk for 15mins to withdraw money because they demand 300 SR deposit, the water was inadequate.

There is nothing to like, but I have to pay rent plus deposit

The bathroom. We couldn't take a shower, the water ran very slowly, impossible to shower. Unpleasant employee, apparently for him it's normal to have a towel for 2 people. Also missing a hand towel and a mat. Expensive for what it is honestly .... fortunately it was to help out.

parking was a fight. limited spots. staff customer service became less and less the longer you stayed for some odd reason…

the bed sheet was not cleaned. I asked them to bring clean sheet, and every time I was told there was no sheet available at the facility. I also asked 10 tiems to bring an iron clothes iron, and they said ok but they never gave it to us. There was also no coach inside the room. so it was not comfortable at all.
