The AC was not working, and even after multiple requests, we got a cooler, which was also not working, which made us not sleep the entire first night that we were here.

Room size was very good.

Staff was not quite professional. I found them infighting amongst themselves loudly twice at the reception desk.

The whole hotel was smelling of the dampness including the rooms. We had a bad experience with the staff where they first didn’t give us the rooms we booked and the next day asked us to again switch the rooms. The hotel is ovverated fof sure. The only good thing was the breakfast and the servers.

The staff is quite good and hospitable, the location is perfect and there are a lots of eating joints near by. Its centrally located and is a good place. The hotel is good and is recommended!!!

The hotel and staff was good but the issue was with internet connectivity, we had to survive with our mobile data. Also the AC wasn't cooling at all, and the complaint was raised about the same. If the hotel works on these two things then nothing like it.

Good size room with balcony. ACs and TVs in hall and bedroom. Kitchen has Fridge, kettle, micro, induction plate with vessels, plates and some cutlery. Comfy and cosy rooms. Bathroom is also tidy, but could be cleaner. Staff are decent.

WiFi is not the best, had to rely on hotspot from time to time. Have to pay more than MRP for bottled drinking water, or they should provide filter water

some of my requirements were not met even after conforming on the telephone,

I had the worst experience in this place because of the following reasons. 1. Staff was not friendly and didn't even try to resolve our issues in time during our stay. 2. Amenities were missing, like there were no utensils in the kitchen, and what they provided after asking many times was totally useless and there Gym was not operational. They didn't even provide water bottles even after asking multiple times. They did not provide an iron or hairdryer as mentioned in there Amenities. 3. This property sits directly under a public gym so from early morning till late night loud noises of heigh weights kept disturbing us. The walls had molds on many places. 4. Due to our bad experience here we had to leave this place just after 3 days and they didn't even provide the refund for rest of the 6 days. 5. On booking.com the price for this property was 28,000 but at the property they charged 32000.
