Perfect for our family vacation. Fresh, clean, cosy cabin. Great location - walk to the lake, easy drive to the main strip and tourist traps. Good internet, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. This mama got to recharge in the morning on the deck before the littles woke up. Definitely recommended. Jennifer our contact person was patient and a huge help on the phone when we arrived late in the evening. Thank you for our stay, it was lovely. Definitely recommend, and will return.

Let’s start by saying LOCATION is amazing! So close to virtually everything and great when traveling with kiddos. Cabin itself is beautiful. Photos make it seem it’s off by itself which it is not. It is located in a neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, their kids played with ours daily. Upon arrival one of the TV cord was broken. They fixed it the same day within hours. Overall we would stay here again. It fits basic needs, it’s not overly fancy by any means. Of course everyone is different so my opinion may not be the same. The #1 thing for us was the grill is very used, definitely needs replaced. Kitchen has basic cooking utensils and pans. Don’t expect to cook for a big family as there’s only 1 good pot so it’s a lot of cooking one thing at a time. The plug ins are mostly located in the floor so makes it difficult plugging in anything that is not a basic plug in. There is one surge protector that we used for our phone chargers. Pictures do makes it seems a lot bigger than it is. But it’s a good size. We were never there during the day. So it may of gotten cramped if we stayed here besides just sleeping. The couch and rocking chairs are not very comfortable. So we mainly sat outside or at dining room table. Overall we would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Our trip had a rough start. I didn’t realize that we weren’t sent any instructions on how to get into the cabin until shortly before we arrived. I should have double checked beforehand, but I’m a busy mom of 3 little kids and have never had this issue with any of the (many) VRBO listings we’ve stayed in. There was no contact information. Nobody to call. I messaged the property management company through VRBO. No response (and still none as of 4 days later). Since there was no contact information provided, I googled the property management company to find a phone number. When I called, all i got was a message stating that they were closed. With 3 little kids exhausted after a day at silver dollar city losing their minds, I had to create an account for the property management website, login, and get details there. Thank God i thought of that. Finally I saw that the door passcode was supposed to be the last 4 digits of my phone number. Strike 2. Didn’t work. I finally found a number to call on their website. The nice lady reset the code and we were in. The cabin itself is very cute. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The bedroom setup is great. The master is on the main floor, so our kids had the whole 2nd story to themselves. The backyard was nice for roasting marshmallows. It sits right next to a couple of run down trailer homes, so the scenery wasn’t necessarily the best. The bedroom with a toddler bed is in need of door repair. We put our 2 year old to sleep the first night with no problem. The next day we woke up to scared cries. I ran upstairs to discover that her door was lodged shut and she couldn’t get out. I yelled for my husband to help. Luckily, after 5 panic stricken minutes, he was able to push the bottom piece of the door that was falling out and blocking it from opening back up. He had to tape the bottom so we didn’t have it happen again. Overall, a nice stay, but we had some pretty significant problems.

This property is absolutely so nice! We had an amazing time here. Will differently be coming back!

Great little house and we will stay there again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the style of decor with a very woodsy, cozy cabin feel. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in rocking chairs, playing games at the large kitchen table, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and even sitting by the fire pit. The location was perfect- 25 minutes to silver dollar city, 10 minutes to the landing, 15 minutes from the strip. There was also a grocery store 5 minutes up the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this cabin was fantastic! Great location, very comfortable cabin, fully stocked with everything we needed.

The property was exactly as pictured and everything was great. Plenty of room for our party of 6.

Some long time friends and I wanted to have a quick little getaway and this was the perfect little cabin for it! Such a beautiful property in a pretty area. There was enough space for all of us to not feel crowded, but was also cozy. We loved our time here!

We had a great stay in the cabin. We boated on Table Rock all day Saturday. The El Poblano restaurant was terrible though..bad Mexican and we didn’t even get all of our food. We did love the fire pit and bought some marshmallow sticks that we left for others to use. A little kitty came to visit us too. Loved it and would have taken it home, but it had a collar so I’m assuming it belonged to someone close. Great time had. We also dined at Level 2 steakhouse. It is always nice there and good is great! We will return!

Great place to stay! It’s centrally located 10-15 minutes from a lot of entertainment. The house was clean and very new. We would have preferred for living room seating, but you can’t complain about the overall experience. I would stay here again.

location was easy to get to off highway and location was easy to get to the Marina. great that we got to keep our boat at that location. clean did not need for anything. would recommend and would also stay there again

The house is clean with plenty of room. The front and back porch were awesome to relax on at night. The beds were comfortable and clean!!!! The owner was very responsive. Messaged you back within 5 mins of sending a message. This is the 4 VRBO that I have done and this by far was the best communication from a owner. 15 min drive to Ball Parks of America. 8 min drive to the Landing (bars, retail and restaurant).

We were celebrating a 90th birthday with several families represented and the house was perfect. We also had one family with a camper and there was plenty of parking space for that. The house is adorable with several antiques and other cute accessories. We enjoyed the back deck (didn’t use the fire pit) and front porch. Will definitely recommend this place to family/friends visiting the Branson area.

Perfectly located for easy access to restaurants/town and Table Rock and SDC. The cabin was comfortable and nicely done. The backporch and the firepit were our favorite features! We would highly recommend this cabin. Thanks adding to our family vacation.

Needs to be cleaned better.. spider webs in both showers.. tables and chairs not properly cleaned food still stuck on tables... Lots of nets.... and trash particles on floor and the porch needs to be swept after each guest...... And refrigerator was clean but had a bad smell... But overall it was a nice place and area.... comfortable stay.. .....decorations nice...,. beds comfy... I would love to stay again..
