Right in the middle of everything. There's plenty to walk too, and if you come during the summer you can take the trolley to everything else. Watch the Blue Angels from here if at all possible. 18 floors up, and you're literally looking down at the planes at some points of the show. Absolutely mind blowing experience. I will be telling people about it for YEARS. Everyone in the building was as friendly as can be. People will stop and say hi, chat. It's like being a local. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and hilarious! The property was spotlessly clean, including all corridors a d the elevators. Elevators were quick. Plenty of parking. Two of the rooms are on the small side. Great for kids though. The Master is gorgeous, huge bathroom! Furniture is comfy and plenty of seating options. The condo had everything you need to cook while you're there (in terms of pots, pans etc. You will need to bring or buy foodstuffs). 10/10, my family loved our stay and hope to come again!

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is very well supplied in terms of dishes, glasses, cooking pots/pans and kitchen gadgets, but you will want to bring additional paper towels, dish cloths & dishwasher soap as only 1 is provided. The balcony was our favorite place. Elevators were fast and not very busy during our stay. It was also nice to walk out to the beach each day with 2 beach recliners and an umbrella waiting for us. Great place for us and our adult children - would be nice for younger children/grandchildren too!

We absolutely love this property. This was the second year we have come here. Both of the condos that we have stayed have been so clean and absolutely beautiful. We will be back next year.

Beautiful view, great condo, loved having the grill, would rent again

These pictures do not reflect the current state of the condo. Upon arrival this condo was filthy. The floors looked like they had not been mopped in months, the doors in the dining area were full of mold, the rug and furniture were extremely dirty and stained, the drapes in the primary bedroom were stained and torn from the track making it impossible to close. The dining table had a glass top that was extremely wobbly to the point we were nervous to use it thinking it may break off. The quilt spread was white, very dirty and had holes. Our first night of vacation was spent buying blankets and cleaning supplies. The listing also shows a table on the balcony that is no longer there. The balcony furniture was very worn and broken. The walls and baseboards were beat up and dirty. There were patches on the walls that had never been painted. To say we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this condo is an understatement. This condo needs a serious deep cleaning and updating. To compensate for this the property manager gave us free chair rentals which we would have preferred a clean room.

Loved the security features of the property. Secured parking lot and building. Great location with wonderful restaurants nearby. The condo furniture could use cleaning. Included beach chairs and umbrellas a plus. In the general area around the pools some of the furniture shows wear and at least one has a hole in the seat cushion..

The property is great. The couch the kitchen not up to par. Dish washer didn’t clean the dishes. The couch was uncomfortable. King size bed sloped toward the center. When you woke up you are in the center of the bed. This unit needs some work.

The condo was large, and the patio was very large, the entire reason we booked this particular condo. There was also a grill on the patio, which is hard to find, so that was great. We did use the grill and it worked well. The kitchen was a nice size, we wish there was a K-cup type of coffee maker, because we all like different brews, but the coffee maker worked out fine. We cooked a couple of nights, and the oven and cooktop worked well. The non stick fry pans will need updating very soon, but the other cook wear was in good shape. The ice maker made ice quickly, which was wonderful for cocktails on the patio. Some little things for the kitchen that would be nice to have, when coming from a long distance, would be small salt, pepper shakers, and a small cooking oil. The beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows. The washer and dryer worked well. The check in managers/persons were friendly and informative, but did not let us know about the ferry that was available on Fri, Sat and Sun, we would have liked to have enjoyed that. We loved the hours that they were available to answer questions, well into the evening. We needed a kitchen strainer for the sink, and called them our first day. We had a response from maintenance within 15mins, with a brand new strainer for the sink that same day within a couple of hours! The beach chair service was wonderful and Steven was great. We were within walking distance of shops and several great restaurants. We weren't there while the trolley is running (9/23-9/30), but we could see that it stopped right at the entry gate, which would be wonderful. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for friends!

Beach Club Resort is always my favorite place to stay. I have enjoyed many different units and they have all been amazing. You can't go wrong here.

My family and I had a relaxing and comfortable stay in this beautiful condo. We loved looking over the beach and water each morning from the spacious balcony on the 10th floor. The outdoor and indoor pools were awesome and a nice change from the beach. Everything was very clean, the property well cared for. I had exceptional service from the property managers when I locked myself out! Will return to Pensacola Beach as soon as possible.

Perfect size for our group. Everything we needed. Location/beach/pool/hot tub were fantastic. Could definitely use a deep clean and airing out. A little update with furniture and cozier linens. Front door has taken a beating at some point. A few extra blankets would've been nice. Overall would 100% recommend.

The view was priceless. Condo was very comfortable and loved all the amenities. When we arrived one of the bathroom shower liners had mold. It took a day for them to replace it. Ice maker wasn’t working. Overall would definitely recommend just the little things when you pay such a high price that you expect to not have any issues with.

Great memories for my bday celebration with friends from North. We watched Ida skirt the horizon and despite the week of no sun we had indoor gym, spa and pools and local Restaurants that catered to our needs. What’s a little rain?!! 😁. We highly recommended to prop management that open WIFI is bad cyber hygiene and compromise everyone who uses it. While it appears there was a condo router the office person said it was unavailable to us. This was annoying as we had two couple of guests who had to couple days of business to attend. Given bad impending weather, we stocked up supplies; however, few key utensils were missing like spatulas for eggs, or basic condiments like salt & pepper. But we managed until the next run when weather settled. Other than that the place was exactly what we hoped it would be clean, quiet and full of local venues, activities and music all within walking distance. Condo was exceptionally clean and well kept. Thank you for the memories!

You can arrive early and go to the beach or pool, they give you the codes and pass for that. Only problem we had was that they forgot to send us the code for the room when it was ready. Other than that, everything was clean, the weather was great and so was the food. Peg leg Pete’s, Shaggy’s , red fish/blue fish, and native cafe. All within walking distance if you choose.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. Even though we had a rainy week, what an amazing view and well appointed unit! Over the years, we’ve vacationed at many different properties on Pensacola beach but this was the best. The location is easy as is the gulf access which is key when lugging small children and all their beach accoutrements. The balcony is the shining star of the unit, spreading the entire length of the condo and outfitted with a great table for outdoor dining and comfy chairs to enjoy morning coffee while counting dolphins and enjoying the hypnotic sound of waves crashing on the shore. Thanks for creating a lovely space for memory making. We look forward to a return trip!

The location was perfect and the condo was very nice. The balcony and all the available seating both inside and out was a huge bonus. The check in process was ok but our room was not ready until about 45 minutes past 4 and we had a very angry 2 year old. The floors in our condo were not clean at all and the AC was not working well. We left a fan for the next guests! Overall, it was a great trip! We will go again!

Near a bunch of seafood restaurants, great view, very clean, well equipped.

We love staying here This is our 3rd property we’ve rented. Everything was good but here are a few suggestions: We froze !!! And there were no extra blankets or thicker comforters for any of the bed. Also... there never seems to be adequate lighting. That’s a simple fix .. just keep the lamps with working bulbs

We really enjoyed our time in Pensacola Beach and this condo did not disappoint. The view was spectacular! We loved the outside patio area and relaxing out there. Another perk was the floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining room so you could always have a view of the ocean even if you were inside in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was amazing with the jacuzzi bath. We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities including the pool and loved having the beach chairs included. The location was absolutely perfect to walk to restaurants and even stores. The only cons were the outdoor grill and ice maker didn’t work, the coffee pot was missing so we couldn’t make coffee during our stay and the shower curtain in the 2nd bath was full of mold. Otherwise everything else was perfect and we are hoping to return next year!!

A group of 5 adults and 3 kids 3 and under stayed here. The listing looked perfect for us however these pictures do not reflect the current state of the condo. Upon arrival, the counters and night side tables in the master were still sticky and dirty along with a large ball of hair in the master shower. In one of the other bathrooms there was a roach in the shower. The vents in the kitchen and living area had mold on them. The dining table had a glass top that was extremely wobbly to the point we were nervous to use it thinking it may break off. The sheets had been cleaned and changed but the quilt spread was white and very dirty in need of a cleaning. Also the walls and showers needed a good wipe down. Despite all of these issues the main property itself was nice, clean, and kid friendly. All staff members we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. This was a nice condo unit as well but really needs a good deep clean and maintenance session overall.

We had a fabulous time! We will definitely return; we hated to leave.

Very nice stay. First time in Pensacola for Vacation. If we knew about the indoor pool hours we would have never stayed there. Adults need to be with their kids wherever they are. This property will not get my business again because of this reason.

Good location...weather hot but no rain...good breezes. Ice maker did not work. Fridge icemaker couldn't keep up. Would be nice if ice maker fixed or replaced. Kitchen sink faucet wobbly. With small children would be great to have deadbolts on front and balcony doors. We put barricades at doors when sleeping.. Had one sleepwalker 1 night. Overall nice place. 4 adults and 2 children. Great balcony. Would rent again.

Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. Tons of space and in a great location. We walked almost everywhere.
