This was perfect for a girls weekend with one teenager. The house was even cuter in person than the pictures. Super super clean. Comfortable furniture and nice linens. Would love to book again!

Beautiful three-bedroom cottage with a lovely Asheville aesthetic. Everything was new, clean, and functioned perfectly. The house was extremely well-stocked, and the brownies were a special treat. Owners had great communication and clearly take pride in their property.

Susan’s house was perfect for our multigenerational girls trip to Asheville. The location was perfect for visiting the Biltmore, hiking and shopping, not to mention the great nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed plenty of time at the lovely home playing games and enjoying a few laughs.
Susan was a great help with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and full of wonderful amenities! A true home away from home. We were all so pleased. The hosts also suggested some local restaurants for us to visit which helped since we were from out of town. Just as beautiful as the surrounding mountains. Defiantly would stay again! Thanks!

We had 4 generations visiting Asheville (great grandma, grandma, mama, and toddler). This property was perfect for us! It was even better than the description listed! So convenient to Asheville and surrounding area. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

What a wonderful stay we just had in Asheville. This house met every need and exceed our expectations. From a fully stocked kitchen and pantry to enough games to last a lifetime. I was really impressed to see an instant read thermometer which came in handy when we grilled out. The binoculars were also a nice touch. Sitting on the back patio was very enjoyable each morning and evening. Not to mention the sweet treats as a welcome! All three bedrooms were exactly as described and very good water pressure in the showers. Thanks so much for being such a great host!

This property was even more than our anticipation. It was well stocked to the detail and the decor of each room was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly. In other words you won't be disappointed!!!! The ladies raved about this house.

I stayed 3 nights with family to visit the area which mainly included the Biltmore Estate. The 6 of us felt that the home was clean and quiet, making it enjoyable to hang out in. Communication was quite easy as I did have a couple questions during our stay. Our hosts were very accommodating. We also appreciated how very well stocked the pantry items were even though we didn't do much cooking. Ice packs already frozen were handy since we decided to have a picnic. The bowl of chocolates and other touches like the books scattered around were nice to have. I even borrowed one of the books showing before/ construction pictures to compare while strolling the Biltmore gardens. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the central location to all the places we visited.

This house was perfect! The owner thought of everything. It was like staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen was full of all of your cooking needs, the bathrooms had all the soaps, plenty of kiddo stuff so you don’t have to pack all of the extra stuff. The owner was also extremely helpful with suggesting plenty of places to eat around town. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this lovely home over the New Year's Weekend. It was perfect in every way! Loved the furnishings and living spaces. Meticulously appointed with everything we needed to ensure an enjoyable stay. All the bells and whistles in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There was literally nothing we needed except for food and beverages. Susan was probably one of the best property managers I have ever had at a VRBO. She replied to my email questions immediately and provided me with her cell phone. Love love love this home and plan to visit in the future!!!

Susan was great! The house was cozy with fully stocked kitchen ,bathroom, pantry, games for days ,tons of cozy blankets and she left special treat in the fridge from NYC. The cottage was tucked away in a quite neighborhood but minutes from Biltmore and Asheville. We will definitely rent the cottage again and for a longer stay of 3 days. Thank you Susan for opening your home up and Merry Christmas.

The host went the extra mile to make her home the perfect beautiful and peaceful getaway. It is abundantly equipped with LOTS of extras and sweet surprises! It did not disappoint at all, and we would definitely love to return!

This house is wonderful! All of the infrastructure elements are new and of top-notch quality and working order. The furnishings are very sturdy and functional. The decor very attractive and homey, and there are so many conveniences. There are tables next to neary every seat. The deck is just perfect. The natural surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The owners have supplied nearly everything that anyone could need. We all said we would want to live in this house!

Although this house has 3 bedrooms and could easily host a larger group, we (couple of active seniors) decided it was worth the investment for our 4 night stay in Asheville. It turned out to exceed expectations. Everyone was new and updated and kitchen is a home cooking major plus. Comfy bed, amazing towels, grill, outside space. I could go on and on, but safe to say this place will remain special in our memories of Asheville. Very engaged hosts. Super-duper stay.

The house was very cute and exactly as advertised. Everything was basically brand new, super clean, comfortable beds. We only stayed Friday & Saturday nights while in town for a soccer tournament but if we ever find ourselves returning, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place for groups!
We (group of 7 women) had a great time staying here. It was just a short 15-min drive or Uber ride to downtown Asheville. The house was very equipped and cute. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to the area to check out Asheville.

Great spot near Biltmore Village
Stayed here for a weekend with some friends to attend a wedding and it worked great. I wish the area the house is in was walkable, but it's an easy drive to the airport, Biltmore Village, and Asheville downtown. The hosts were super responsive and gave great recs, qnd the place was clean and cozy.

Fantastic house in a convenient location
Absolutely wonderful property. Layout makes it seem bigger than pics look online—great use of space. Decorating was very fun and cool. Very well appointed. Great touches included binoculars for bird watching right off the back yard from the nice little patio. Quiet little neighborhood but yet still really close/convenient to lots of attractions. Owner was very helpful and responsive!!

She was very great with communicating details and instructions prior to our trip and upon our arrival, remaining available at all times if needed. She was also nice enough to recommend amazing restaurants in the area. Best host I’ve ever encountered and we do travel quite a bit. The home was extremely beautiful, warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. We had everything we needed, from electronics, kitchen appliances, to seasonings that allowed us to prepare tasty meals from the home, and also family games which our family enjoyed. We barely wanted to leave the house because it was as if the home itself hugged and welcomed us as well. Thank you Susan for being such an amazing host. If ever in town again, we will definitely check the availability for this location first. Out of 5 stars, we give it 10, above and beyond.

Girls weekend
I took my daughters and both mother in laws on a girls weekend to experience the Biltmore. This home was perfect. Susan has every amenity that you can imagine. The house is so convenient to get downtown and to the Biltmore House. However, we were so comfortable that we could have stayed in all weekend. We have already started planning our next trip back for a much longer weekend.
