We LOVED staying at this place. We came for our wedding, and it truly felt like our home. There was plenty of space to spread out and everything was decorated so nicely. It was cosy and the backyard was so enjoyable to relax in. The one thing we wished we had was a scraper for the grill. It was pretty charred over.
Overall would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back.

Myself, my husband, and my children came into town to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. This place was within walking distance of downtown Boerne. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed... including three full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We were comfortable and will definitely rebook if we are coming again for another event in Boerne.

We loved staying at this property. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the comfy living area with plenty of room to lounge around. The backyard was spacious and would have been great to hang out in if we hadn’t been so busy shopping Boerne. 😊 Will definitely book this house again!

This property is exactly as advertised and very clean! (No bugs as indicated in an earlier review!). We enjoyed 3 nights by the fire pit. And there was plenty of space for our family of 7. One thing I appreciated was a well stocked kitchen, including a some basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water when 7 people were getting ready at the same times Loved being able to walk into town to get breakfast tacos and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived so excited… the house was lovely… talked to management about check …after being there for just alittle while we stared getting bitten by some bugs…inside and out… we were sitting on the couch and noticed little black bugs… I emailed the management team immediately no response…by morning most all of us had itchy bites…emailed the management team all day that day… infact everyday up until the day we left… NO RESPONSE…we determined they were fleas… we were miserable…I finally got a response from the management when I got home…I sent pics of our bites and even the fleas…they refunded one night which we felt was not enough compensation… there was no customer service… it made our trip miserable…and we had to buy all kinds of products for itching and defleaing our car and suitcases…this is the first time I have ever had to give a bad rating… it’s a beautiful home and great location… buts fleas and no response is just in acceptable‼️

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s beautifully furnished and we enjoyed playing ping pong and crochet in the huge backyard. We were able to walk to Main Street from the house.

Wow! Everyone in our group was amazed at the house. It has it all - completely updated! We had six adults with us (2 were couples) so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable - I actually meant to check what the brand was before we checked out. Kitchen is fully stocked and had plenty of paper goods.
Backyard was a perfect place to spend the evening after a long day. We had a bonfire every night and if we had had the energy, we would have played ping pong.
It is walking distance to Downtown Boerne Main Street. Traffic on the weekend can be crazy so to be able to walk to Main Street was a blessing.
Highly recommend this house! We will be back!

The house was well appointed and had a nice design with plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. Although we didn’t use it during our brief stay, there was a very large nice fenced back yard with bbq, mini fridge, sink, ping pong, large table with chairs, fire pit, etc.

The property itself is wonderful. We had the house for a week for my daughter’s wedding. We had a multiple family groups staying with us throughout the week. There are extra linens for each bed which made it easy to get ready for new guests. All the bedrooms were
occupied throughout our stay and the house accommodated us all. The outdoor space was great as well with an outdoor kitchen, dining table, a fire pit ringed with chairs, and a ping pong table. The kitchen is wonderful with very high-end appliances and it had everything we needed for a large group at one sitting. The washer and dryer were also high end and did a great job keeping every in clean clothes and towels. Parking was abundant. We were able to park five cars easily without using the street. We would definitely stay again at this property.

The Richter house layout was perfect for a large group of friends on a weekend getaway. It is walking distance to downtown Boerne shops and restaurants. The design was super cute and it was very clean with high end finishes. They thought of everything to make guests comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back this Spring.
