Beautiful home in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had a car to drive around, but it was nice to be able to get to downtown on the nearby light rail.

We have had a fantastic track record of picking wonderful places from VRBO listings. This house helped to maintain that trend. The house is aesthetically pleasing, homey, cozy and inviting. Nothing commercial or industrial about it. It is well maintained and very well appointed. All of the furniture lend to comfort and relaxation. The kitchen was better outfitted than any we have stayed at to date; and we cook. The location was ideal for activities in the city or to any of the suburbs; minutes to anywhere. We could not have been more pleased.

Jon was an outstanding host who is super responsive. His home is beautifully appointed. Extremely clean, labeled, and stocked. I have a sister who owns several VRBOs herself and she was also impressed and took notes! My daughters said “Slay Jon!”. This home is so cozy, clean and comfy, we will definitely look to stay again should we make it back to Seattle! 5 stars and highly recommend!

Comfortable, attractive , well maintained property . This house was a great base for our multi generational family gathering. The multiple common spaces were perfect for our time in. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely return to this house.

We stayed here with my family of 5 and had plenty of room to spread out but also hang out together. Everything exactly as pictured and set up well for visitors with drawers well-labelled and pretty much anything you could need. Great location for an easy commute into downtown Seattle but also places like UW and Volunteer Park. Loved Pagliacci Pizza nearby (went there one night AND got delivery another ;-)). Safeway close by for any groceries you might need. We parked in front of the house easily each day, but parking also available in driveway. We enjoyed the board games available. Smart TV is great with Roku, Hulu, Netflix (no cable so slightly limited news - we used an HDMI adaptor to get our MLB fix ;-)). Really, truly just about everything you could ask for to enhance our vacation and gave us a great place to come home each evening after a long day of sightseeing. I brought a small group of distance runners to race at UW and we wanted somewhere close to the university and with good cooking access. This house was so much more! The kitchen was amazingly stocked, by far the best I’ve experienced in a vacation rental. The beds are all super comfy and the house and neighbourhood is very quiet. It was like staying in a brand new house, we loved it!

Chose this home for its proximity to planned activities and it did not disappoint. Beautifully updated home with great location. Easy access to all that Seattle has to offer, with plenty of room and comfort when not out exploring.

Beautiful, modern and cozy home fully equipped with amenities and centrally located in Seattle. My family and I enjoyed our stay and loved this lovely home. We'll be back.
