Great house. Great location. Great communication with any questions (before and during the trip). Very well equipped. Looking forward to booking again.

We are a large family visiting from the Atlantic Bubble. The location is stunning, the views are great. The house is large with lots of areas to get away if you want some space. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is large and well equipped, there is a huge shower when you come in the front entry which is great to bring the kids up from the beach and in the front door, right into the shower. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Go clam digging as well, lots of clams!!! Will return again. Thanks Jovette for everything, flour included 😁 Kim and family

Jovette was great to deal with. This house and property are beautiful. Four lifelong friends spent an extended weekend here and it was lovely. House is stocked with everything you could need.. I hope to revisit again.

We just loved our days here. Jovette was so attentive to making sure everything was good. The house is so comfortable and cozy and the views were spectacular! We wished that we had planned for a longer stay as 4 days went by too quickly. No question this is a 5 star location!!

The scenery was very peacefull even thought we were there during the passage of Dorian. Jovette and Lawrence were amazing hosts and made shure that we had everything that we needed, even a generator when we loss power due to Dorian’s passage!

Everything was perfect, nothing much else to say. Highly highly recommend . Had a two year old and a 7 month old and had everything we needed .

This was the perfect spot for our family reunion. The house was roomy enough for all of us, as well as beautiful, and the views were fabulous! It was stocked with everything we needed for the week. I would highly recommend it.

I'm not sure my review can adequately describe how incredible this house rental is. There were two families total on our trip and we had four adults and 5 children (ages 14, 9, 6 and two). The house accommodated us so well and provided a wonderful home base for our week. My family travels regularly and we always rent through home away. I'm pretty picky about the places we rent and spend days researching potential houses. I read the reviews before renting this house and knew that previous renters absolutely loved it, so I went in with high expectations. I have to say that this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The location is incredible. We all loved kayaking in the bay, exploring the vast sand bars, and playing in the large yard. We could not have asked for a better location for our families. But, it wasn't just the location that was amazing. The house was beyond anything we could have dreamed of. It was SO clean and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We all love to cook and eat, so we really put it to use each night. I miss the espresso maker we had at our disposal each day too! If you're looking for a rental in PEI, you really don't need to look at any other locations. This house is the best you'll find on the island, and Jovette and Lawrence are incredible hosts.

This home was amazing and the owner was very kind and helpful. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The home was spacious with many personal touches and creative comfortable decorating. Being a gardener and orchid lover I really appreciated the live plants and orchids in the home. This property was much bigger than the two of us needed and would accommodate a much larger group very nicely. Being so large it was chilly when we arrived but we built a nice fire and relaxed under the handmaid throws and just enjoyed the views.

The house was awesome. The only negative was it was hard to get to. It had everything we needed and wanted. Super comfortable and relaxing.

I don't often leave reviews because there are too often big disappointments. Not this time! This property was everything we hoped for and more. And the owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable by offering ideas svc recommendations for our family. Amazing memories!

A wonderful retreat away from home..... the Howe Bay Beach House is spectacular --- fabulous views and so well equipped both inside and out. We enjoyed every minute.... and the great weather and full moon !! We cooked many meals in – mussels, lobster, halibut, corn and Howe Beach House includes every bit of kitchen equipment imaginable... Loved the canoe and kayaks for our wandering at low tide. Rented bikes and enjoyed our biking to nearby beaches. Thanks so much for a terrific experience for all of us.

Wow! What more could be said!!! Every thing was perfect, from the beautiful home , that filled all our needs for a family wedding! To the grounds and view, seals included! Our family and extended family were totally in heaven! Directions to the shangrala were spot on, just trust what they say. To the Keeler Family thank you for making or special weekend perfect, and we hope to have the pleasure to visit again, it showed us as maritimers that there is other area's of PEI that we need to travel to! What a wonderful property. Hard to say enough good things about our experience. We were 3 professional couples looking for a catch up fun getaway. The Howe Bay Summer house exceeded our expectations. The house is right on the Bay which is awesome to watch the tide come and go and lots of sea birds. To add to the appeal there is no "light pollution" so you get a natural planetarium at night. The house is incredibly well equipped for cooking including the mandatory super sized lobster pot! Also ,while it is an open main area, great for a group, there are plenty of private spots to hide away for work or just quiets time. The 3 decks are also a bonus. The beds are all fitted with great linens and plenty of towels etc . Anything you might need is close by in Souris including 2 grocery stores ,wine store etc. Even though it is only 15 minutes away the house itself is very secluded. No noise st all! Inn at Bay Fortune in 5 Kms away if you want a special night out. Finally the owners are so great to deal with, very responsive and attentive to any need. The property clearly reflects their personalities and pride for all the work and thought they have put into this property for guests to enjoy. We will definitely return.

Our stay here was our third visit to P.E.I. and again we were extremely happy with our choice of location and house. The beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding land were second to none with the family of Sea lions being an added bonus every morning. The house was very lovely with lots of space for everyone and all the amenities needed for an enjoyable week.Grocery shopping in Souris was very convenient and the location put us within an easy drive of many day trip locations. Thank you to Jovette and Lawrence for making us feel very welcome and sharing their beautiful home.
