My family stayed the hotel for a night they have a good feed back room is spacious , breakfast is reasonable with varieties to choose .

I was really shocked upon check in the hotel asked for cash deposit payment of 2,500 PHP . My family wants to pay the price for 1 night using credit card however it’s required to pay cash deposit as the hotels policy . On check out my family paid using credit card . When I checked my account I have a pending payment of the hotel . I emailed the hotel to question about the pending payment when in fact my family paid for it . They replied to say it’s my family’s credit card shows for the payment . I complained to my bank to dispute pending payment in my account and I’m waiting for reply . The next day I got email from the hotel apologize for overlooking the system they already email the authorization bank to cancel pending payment in my account . It’s been a week now my pending payment still not cancelled .

The bed is comfty and the food is satisfying.

The room is not soundproof, the voice and noises from outside our room wakes us in the middle of the night. The unavailability of the pool did'nt indicate in our booking my husband is a little bit upset about it.

They automatically deducted x2 from our bank. 3k room rate but they deducted 7k plus and until now they didn't reach us out. We keep on calling but they didn't give us any updates 😔. It's been a week but no lead time when our money will be transferred. They advised us to pay in cash since they told us that they already processed the return of the funds. We check in last Dec 31 2022 until now January 6,2023 no updates for refund.

Breakfast is okay but not my expectation. Expected a buffet.

Room was very nice. Think too big for a couple. Book it so cannot complain.

Breakfast was very poor. Thought it would be a buffet but alas no. Sunny side up eggs undercooked. Still runny egg white. Poor quality bacon. Toast undercooked. Not good choice of fruit juice. Not relaxed,too regimented. Would be happy to educated for European needs. At the moment would stay elsewhere.

Rooms were nice and clean. Air conditioning worked great. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Food and drink prices were very reasonable.

The staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was clean but smelled strongly of urine. The room itself smelled musty and damp.
