We were in town for a soccer tournament and this home was very close to our fields which made the commute a breeze. The stay was nice, the home comfortable and the layout worked well for our group. The owner was very responsive if we needed anything- I would recommend this property.

Kids love the pool. Close to everything. House has a beautiful beach veiw I did not expect!

Some awesome amenities but a few misses. For example, the property is large, beds comfortable and the pool/spa is awesome. However, some electrical outlets didn't exist or have covers missing creating a gap with the wall. Some windows won't open or do not have screens.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home while visiting South Orange County. The pool, hot tub and outdoor furniture were such an nice extra in addition to the spacious house.

This home was beautiful. There were 7 of us that went (4 adults and 3 kids) and 3 separate bedrooms. My kids are already planning a trip back. We swam in the private pool every day. The pool had listed hours from 10am to 10pm (but we weren’t sure why since it was a private pool) and an additional fee to heat the Jacuzzi and turn on the fire ring that we didn’t know about beforehand. Other than that, we had the best time. This house was a short 3 minute drive down to the beach. We loved spending time together at the house swimming, playing games, and watching movies. We would definitely go back to this house.

Stayed at this location for a bachelorette party. I asked for an early check in which was agreed to, once we arrived at the house it was not clean all the beds were unmade, dirty dishes, counters were a mess, and all the bathroom had dirty towels still in there. Also when we got there the house was 83 degrees, come to find out the entire house doesn’t have AC, only the room with the bunk beds has a small unit. I contacted the guy about everything and it took him over an hour to respond. He sent the cleaning crew over after we already had everything set up for the bachelorette party and we had to stay outside while they cleaned. The property itself is super nice and in a good area. Also the back door doesn’t lock so that was definitely sketchy. Also the kitchen and some of the rooms had ants everywhere, I again contacted the guy he said someone was coming out and no one ended up coming. Overall could’ve been a way better experience if things were taken care of. And the last thing to have to pay to heat the jacuzzi and use the fire pit so just keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.

The property is an extremely sub par, rat infested, neglected VRBO rental. The following were wrong, to name a few: broken unfixed toilet [there are 2 toilets on property designed for 7+ persons] ; grease stained entryway, cigarette butts and broken glass around property, cobwebs on doors and stairs, abandoned vehicles parked on property, broken down gym equipment on property, very poor landscaping;. The appearance is of an abandoned property. The bedroom TV is not plugged into electricity and no cable or other hook up. The kitchen has deficient supplies [no glasses, greasy unmatched pots and pans, no serving plates or bowls, coffee maker and toaster broken]. Dirty and shredded linens; broken armchair, broken dining chair, among other signs of neglect. AND RATS. We spotted rats the first night and thereafter, droppings, fruit on counter attacked by rats, etc. Owner immediately contacted and he is not responsive in addressing the above issues, particularly RATS, toilet, TV, etc. Supposed local "caretaker" and contact: does not address problems timely or effectively. Nobody apologizes for these deficiencies. In addition, three days prior to arrival, [and there is a no cancellation policy - so no way to bail out], owner revealed he charges hefty daily fees, in addition to rental fees, which are to be sent to him via zelle, to heat pool and jacuzzi. This is not revealed on VRBO site when making reservation and paying for it.

Wonderful, large home. Plenty of room for all. We had a great time, and the house is in a great location close to many attractions. Will stay again.

the heated pool and got tub are why we booked and we got a lot of use out of them. The house itself seems like a work in progress like its being flipped or renovated and after each rental they fix up a little more. Still has a long way to go. Overall it was fine but not beyond that
