The top floor has the master bedroom only on it and a couch that coverts to a bed. All the other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Also , the only shower on the top floor is in the master bathroom. They have a 1/2 bath. We loved it. It was in a great location and the views are amazing !

It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved having the fridge in the basement as well as the kitchen. The owners of this home thought of everything. Our extended family of 13 fit perfectly. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the showers were amazing. All of the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

All of our children w/ spouses and children traveled in, plus my mom. We were a party of 15 staying in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room on the three levels and the elevator came in handy for my 78 yr old mom, our groceries, loading in and out all of the luggage. The pool was an unexpected treat when we were all tired from the day at the beach, the pool was perfect. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it, while we sat on the patio enjoying the evening. There were plenty of toys in a near by storage container. The kids loved it! The second kitchen came in handy off the pool area, including the bathrooms. The main kitchen is also a place where we all hung out. Plenty of seating. Loved the stools for the huge counter. We did use the second fridge downstairs. Was helpful for extra frozen items. Only hitch, we did not know where the key was to the pool area. It was clearly on our list of items we received, but had overlooked it. They quickly responded to our phone call. Throughly loved this place!!!🩷 Great memories!!🩷💕

From the moment we picked up our paperwork from the office, we knew our trip was going to be fabulous! The house is beautiful! Has everything you need. Elevator is great especially when you pack like my family. Everything was perfect and clean. Pool and Jacuzzi were a great way to end our days at the beach. Lots of great restaurants and things to do for everyone in the family. The beach is great and most days we did not see one person. Bike path is right in front of the house. Toys for the kids, beach chairs. Just bring your clothes and groceries, the rest is waiting for you at this beautiful house! Navarre Beach is truly the most relaxing place in Florida.

From top to bottom, the property was very clean and well maintained. We hosted a Super Bowl gathering at the house and were grateful for how well-stocked the kitchen was. The cooks in our family loved the kitchen! We were also grateful for the beach toys, the wagon to take to the beach and the outdoor shower. The heated, gated pool and hot tub were blessings on the chilly days. My only suggestion would be to install hooks inside the outdoor shower. We only needed to reach out to the property management team a few times ( not for problems, but to find things), and they immediately responded each time. All in all, it was a fantastic family vacation location that helped create lifetime memories.

We met as 3 families, total of 5 kids and 6 adults, to spend Thanksgiving week together. There is more than enough entertainment at the house alone with the pool, hot tub, beach across the street and awesome seating throughout both inside and out. And if the weather happens to be bad, you can easily connect to any of your apps via the TVs throughout or just relax on the covered patio - both have a fire pit feature and lots of great seating with incredible views. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook if that's what you wish to do and the owners and property management were incredibly responsive both leading up to the trip as well as while we were there. Can't go wrong with this place...we will be back!!

The out door siting areas and outside shower makes this one of the nicest homes I have stayed in. Check in and out is super easy. Our only complaint was the Hot Tub was beyond words of gross. Called and was cleaned the afternoon before our departure, therefore never got to enjoy. Other than the hot tube, our stay was perfect

This house was absolutely beautiful. Its immaculate, has EVERYTHING and is close to the beach plus the pool was perfect! I really want to give this a five star but can't due to the mechanical issues. The elevator was broken so we never got to use it the entire time. One member in our party had asthma so it made it very difficult. One of the ceiling fans on the top floor did not work. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor did not work. The tv on the 2nd floor did not work and the air conditioning on the 2nd floor was broken for a day and a half (they did come to fix it and the ceiling fan). I know this house is new and the bugs will be worked out but when you reserve a vacation home, the expectation is that everything works...

The property was beautiful!! We had a few issues with a couple ceiling fans not working, a towel rack that was broken the shower in the Queen bedroom had a broken knob. We did get stuck in the elevator for about 25 minutes but was rescued! The elevator did not work for three of our days which was hard on my husband and I as we both have knee and hip problems. Over all it was a great stay!!

Amazing home! It was immaculate. The management and maintenance staff were fabulous and extremely helpful from check in until the end of the week. This home is a perfect getaway for families. My grandchildren absolutely loved the saltwater swimming pool! The pool is very secure to protect little ones from wandering in. The kitchen was perfect with plenty of seating for all our family. Images are accurate. We utilized all the roomie bedrooms with large closets and storage. The two Murphy beds were perfect for the kids! There were still sofa beds available if we had decided to bring more family. If you’re considering this home, I do not believe he will be disappointed.

We all loved the open concept and the two living areas and beautiful decks (on each floor)gave us ample room to really stretch out! The kids and adults enjoyed the large sized pool and the sunsets from the pool area and the decks were gorgeous! Short walk to the beach even though you have to cross the street. We Will stay here again! Paradise Beach Rentals were great!

This location was excellent and we enjoyed it and will do it again in the future.
