L'emplacement, la propreté, chambre minimaliste mais bien pensée, le studio est bien pour 3 personnes. Vu L'emplacement le confort rapport qualité prix bon pour singapour.

C'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais une nuit il y a le camion des vidanges qui est passé et avec le sommeil léger....parfois le bruit des gens la nuit dans la rue.

Super friendly staff (receptionist - Mr Spencer), the location just 5 minutes walk to the MRT station, room quiet spacious & simple.

Cleaning wasn’t great. I found a hair in the bed (definitely definitely not ours) Bathroom floor was also a little dirty

The location is great, only a few minutes to the nearest MRT station. Chinatown Point shopping centre is right next to the train station. There are also a few food courts located within a few minutes walk. If you don't mind the heat, most of the tourist locations are only within 30 minutes walk. We are a couple travelling with two young kids. The beds were comfortable, shower was good and I believe that we slept well.

We met three receptionists throughout our stay but they were just bad. Only one talked with a smile on her face but her responses left you speechless at times. They didn't even greet people. Upon checked-in, we were asked to sign some sort of agreement, such as fine of S$500 if the bed sheet is stained, guests can only stay until 10pm (or 8pm) and etc. There's always a first in everything! We were given three towels even though we travelled in four. I asked for an extra towel but was told that the room is for three and they don't charge additional child. Since the second child is free, no towel will be provided. Go figure! No extra toiletries will be provided unless we had our room made up. Not exactly clean, just don't look under the bed.

Nothing other than having to sign form to say if any colour stains on bed/towels would have to pay. Had false tan on so had to use beach towel I brought as was worried I would stain towel and slept on it incase make on bed
