Pensacola is beautiful!! Great location our family enjoyed the house so much. Can't wait to go back

Check listed at 4, house was not ready. There were 2 people trying to clean 8 bedroom house. There was horrific odor. From full trash cans that had run out on garage area. It smelled awful. Dishwasher sitting down in trash area. Was told someone would come back and pick up. They did after several days. The smell was still really bad after 3 days. There was also an order coming from ice maker at bar which didn’t work, and one dishwasher did not workWas hard to enjoy pool and area under house. House was beautiful and everything else was good. I feel like needed more cleaning people. I understand that check in begins at 4, when you rent house u pay for 4 nights . In all actuality you are only getting house for 3 1/2 days . Last day don’t count cause u have to be out by 10. The first day we couldn’t get in til after 4, and was actually still not ready. Some of other places had house ready and we weee able to get in by 1. That at least gives us day one. It’s a lot of money to pay to loose 2 days. Aside from those things we loved the house and would stay again.

We had an incredible time at our beloved, beautiful Pensacola Beach. The house is fabulous! Sadly, our weather wasn’t “ideal”, but the large, deep porches saved the day. We WILL be back The Campbell Family

This house had 8 spacious bedrooms and held our family of 15 with room to spare. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves and the volleyball court was a pleasant surprise. Any issue we had during our stay was handled promptly by the property management company. For example, each bathroom was not equipped with hair dryers, they delivered hair dryers to the house shortly after calling. Thank you!

The pros: Overall a perfect house for our family. 8 bedrooms with bathrooms, two dishwashers, refrigerators and washer/dryers. Tons of extra blankets and towels, right on the sound and a very short walk to the bay. A gigantic couch for the kids to play on, watch tv, read. Perfect layout for people’s that wanted to sleep in- quiet in all the rooms, several with private decks. Tons of silverware and cooking implements. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood (mostly- the church across the street had a late event one night with a band), but very walkable streets. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were provided, as were very small amounts of dishwashing detergent, laundry soap and dishwasher powder. The cons: the pool is not heated. This was a huge negative for me- our family of small children would have spent every day in there had it been warm. Also there were no beach towels provided, and no plastic bowls, cups or storage containers, which we ended up buying, in addition to better quality paper towels and toilet paper. No wine glasses at all. The knives were not suitable for anyone that likes to cook (or cut things) and there is only one cutting board, making meal prep harder than in needed to be. Overall… we would go back, but much later in the season so the pool is warm (unless they read this and heat it!), and we would be prepared with supplies of our own. It’s a great house but for the price the cons could easily be remedied.

We had a wonderful time with our family the house was big spacious clean the view of ocean was breathtaking. The washer and dryer works perfect the two refrigerators was needed and kept everything nice and cool the AC kept the house nice and cool the pool was clean we had plenty of towers and pool chairs there were plenty of trash cans everything was just fabulous. We had a blessed time since the pandemic everyone has been locked in and away from each other it was nice to spend quality time with family we are so grateful. This is one of the best vacation spots we've had the pleasure of staying in.

Very pleased with this house, we had 16 family members stay. Plenty of room. Liked that it backed up to the sound side and just a short walk to the ocean side.

Process was seamless. Company is super to work with-actually act happy you chose them to be a customer (sometimes a rare find). I had college aged girls who were super low maintenance. Some slept on the couch bc it appears they expect 3 to a King in their 30 count. My girls were fine with that. The main living floor is hot all. the. time, especially the 3 bedrooms. Ice machine broken. Left fridge’s freezer doesn’t keep things real frozen (our ice cream and popsicles), but the right one did. Both fridge ice makers gave us a only a handful of ice in the 4 days we were there. Left dishwasher would not turn on. Right dishwasher leaks. Slow drain on most sinks, but they do drain. One SMALL microwave. We rolled with all of that. Plenty of good things-2 ovens; plenty of pots, pans, and utensils; great balconies; private pool; steps from sand and water; upstairs bedrooms were nice and cold; lots of bathrooms; and w/d on each floor. More than ample amount of parking! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves-you just have to roll with what’s not “perfect.” It’s hard to find a place like this for so many. They are already making plans to come back next year! We got so much work done yet we were able to have plenty of free time during our stay.

This rental is in a great location on the sound and close to everything. It is equipped with just about everything you could need. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone has time and space to get ready. The house needs a lot of TCL. Hole through a door, dents in fridge, cabinets in rough shape, one of the propane tanks was messed up, the pool was pretty nasty, the volleyball net was not up nor was that areas maintained, and just lots of other things that I ended up sending pictures of to the company at check in. I understand it's a rental and they don't want to put a ton of money into fixing these things as renters generally don't take super good care of rentals (landlord myself). However, I do think that there are several easy fixes that could really help this house especially making sure the pool guy actually cleans the pool (included using the net to get the large hair clumps out). I would still recommend this as a place to stay for large groups and would even consider it again for our family but would lower my expectations on what is shown in the pictures.

We had a group of sixteen stay last week (my parents, my sisters, and our husbands and kids) and we had a really great time. Kids ages were 3-17. The location of this home is perfect, especially if you have small kids! When we first arrived and realized the actual geography of Pensacola Beach, I felt a little sad that we were staying on the sound-side with its calmer and greener water and heavier amount of June grass. But after being here a few days I realized that the location of this house is PERFECT! We rented a couple jet skis one day and you can only use these in the sound. This made it perfect for us to come right up to the house and swap out riders and pick up kids for rides, etc. And riding the jet skis around in the sound made me realize that there is barely any actual BEACH area on the sound, as its coast is mostly rocks. Except for here! Baywatch is directly on the beach with beautiful white sand! It’s perfect! And, if you get a hankering for the glorious white sands and turquoise water of the gulf, it’s a super short two-block walk away (my husband and I walked to the gulf every morning with our coffee to watch the sun rise). We loved our location! The house itself had a few minor issues (a drawer was broken in the fridge, a hole in a door and in the drywall upstairs, a free-standing ice maker that didn’t work and one fridge ice maker didn’t work). But one of the ice makers did work (the door dispenser did not) and we just bought a large bag of ice at the beginning of the week and put it in one of the freezers. But I’ll say this though: the a/c worked AMAZINGLY! It was super hot the week we were there and the house stayed ice cold. There were some sand/beach toys, boogie boards, rafts, and chairs in the storage room under the house. All in all, we had an excellent stay in this house, and we would definitely stay again! It was a great trip!

Great location and perfect for large groups. Definitely Needs TLC, hole bunched in one of bath room doors as mentioned in previous reviews not repaired. needs painting. no smoke detectors on one of the levels. We were supposed to get in at 4, cleaning people did not get there till 3:55 pool was cleaned the morning of check in did come to repair the ice makers in the refrigerators while we were there, but parts for the ice maker had not come in yet. Also said need to replace the filters for the refrigerators but didn't have them yet. We would go back.

There were 24 close family members which included 11 children. The 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom spacious house was perfect for us! The kitchen was large with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and 2 sinks. We ended up buying convenient, inexpensive ice which we kept beside the small sink so it could drain. Only one small ice maker worked. The porches and pool were fantastic!

Wonderful hoand location was perfect for our family. Beach on the bay is right outside the back of the house and the water stays only waist deep 100 yards out with no surf, making it perfect for younger children. Huge house with ample bedrooms and a large kitchen. Kitchen could use some additional stocking with leftover containers and although there were two large refrigerators, neither one had a functional ice maker. A standalone ice maker did not work either. Communication with the online management team was marginal but the local and friendly management team was responsive to our needs during our stay, even bringing us a bag of ice at the start of our stay . The defective refrigerators should be replaced if they can not be repaired . In summary, a great house in a wonderful location that we would once again consider in the future.

Our family spent the week here for our annual extended family beach trip. We comfortably slept a total of 30 people in the home. Our favorite spots were the volleyball court, the large deck overlooking the bay, and the large living/kitchen area. Other things that attracted us to the home with such a large group was 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a washer and dryer on each level. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms in each bedroom were a plus. The gulf beach was just a short walk away. The house does need the maintenance mentioned in other reviews. We didn’t call the property manager about them because they’ve already been reported according to previous reviews. Both refrigerators need some work. The ice makers don’t work well and the shelves are falling in the freezer. The ice maker in the bar doesn’t work so be prepared to buy ice. There are lights in the hallway that don’t work or need to be replaced. It could also use a good deep cleaning. There’s lots of ‘things’ under the beds and in the corners. Despite these few things, we would definitely stay again!

Another great delayed family Christmas with this home being the best present ever! The Santa Rosa Sound in the backyard was fantastic to walk out in up to your waist and talk while having a cocktail, the littlest ones hated to leave the pool, and one member loved going to the beach on the Gulf side in search of seashells. The house was amazingly big with a bedroom and private bathroom for each family and the cousins all got to stay in the bunk room, and a kitchen big enough for anyone who wanted to help in the cooking! There were a few maintenance issues but nothing that detracted from our stay plus Lacey saved the day with instructions regarding the outdoor grill! With 18 people I didn't hear any complaining, but rather tons of laughter and giggles!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

The house itself is amazing and beautiful, but.... it definitely needs maintenance. There was a door in one of the rooms that clearly had a fist hole in it, some of the other doors also had cracks in them, and one of the door frames was coming off of the wall. Half of the lights didn't turn on, one of the bathrooms had mold in the shower. There were cockroaches and a mouse in the house. The outlets outside were not working and we called the management company who said that there would be someone from maintenance coming to help us, no one ever showed up. The pool is very clearly not maintained, the liner was coming off and there was a lot of stuff coming out of the pool filter. My dad ended up cleaning out the pool himself so that we could even use it. Everyone had a great time, but I don't think I'd stay in this house again until major maintenance was done.

It's a great house. It just needs some attention. There are 2 refrigerators but the ice makers did not work, which was a big inconvenience for our group. There were roaches in the kitchen. When I reported my findings I was told that both of the electronic panels on the refrigerators would have to be replaced and that the owner would have to take care of those. When I complained about the roaches I was told that they had sprayed the day before my arrival. Never saw 1 dead roach. They were all alive. Stayed 4 nights. Overall the house was great for the size of our group and we had a wonderful time. Just needs some attention.

We checked in, and the check in process was extremely fast and easy. The people at the desk were very friendly. We held our wedding underneath the home, which turned out beautifully. There were some hiccups but that was due to the micro burst storm that occurred the morning of the wedding. There was hurricane strength winds that blew water through the doors resulting in us having to find every towel in the house to try and stop more from coming in. It was a lot. The storm had also resulted in a power outage after the winds had stopped. Learned the hard way that if the power goes out so does the hot water. Nobody foresaw this insane storm with hail coming, but after it was over the sun had come out and eventually the power came back on and everything was great! The property management was very accessible even at night when we had called to let them know of some of the issues due to the storm. Check out was also very fast and easy. It was a little chilly when we were there and the pool is not heated so just a heads up in case you are going when it is a little chilly and are planning on using the pool. Not a big deal at all, just a heads up. Loved our stay and the house and the amazing view.

This is a beautiful property with a great location. You have your own private beach which makes it super convenient with small children so you can go back and forth to the house as often as you want. It was nice that there were plenty of beach and pool toys to use in the storage room. The gulf side beach is only a few blocks and is very beautiful and clean. The house is plenty big for a large group. We had 14 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 toddlers and had enough space for everyone's food and drinks for the week. We ate in most nights but there are great restaurants nearby as well. The only complaints we had were that several small things could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. We would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location, nice place with several little issues that need attention. Also, the cleanliness of some areas of the property needs more attention. Overall, a good place that could be a world-class pay to stay.

We had 18 people. Family and Friends. My daughter was getting married in Navarre. It was a great house and location. A few minor issues. But considering hurricane Sally had hit the area just weeks before our stay. No complaints and property manager was just a phone call away. Would definitely stay again!

He had plenty of room and the house itself was awesome. I do wish the small beach area beside the house on the sound side had been cleaned early in the week they did not clean all the seaweed off till our last day. I also wish that the volleyball area at the house was cleaned off so we could have used that area.

The house is excellent ! Looking forward to relaxing in the pool and it was not cleaned from Pryor guest. We came in on a Saturday and we were informed by Premeire that the pool guy comes only on Wednesday . We have never experienced this with any other home we have rented .Your pool should be vacuumed and treated for new guest arrival . We were told they would come the next day but never did .

This house was perfect! 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms! Swimming pool! Little things needed fixing but experience was awesome!

This house and private little beach in the sound could not have been more perfect for our group. We had 10 women celebrating multiple birthdays!

Clean and spacious! Would rent again

Our group loved this place! Five families including 12 kids had more than enough room to enjoy a week in Pensacola Beach. The property and location offer the trifecta of pool, bay-side beach, and gulf-side beach. A few maintenance items were left with the property manager, but nothing to damper the trip. We would stay here again.
