We always rent home ever year. This was the worst ever. AC water was dripping out from AC to on top of kitchen cabinet and got saturated, on down to microwave ,to the top of electrical stove. We brought with use food for the week planning on cooking. Fear of getting ELECTRICUTED we DID NOT USE the microwave nor the stove or oven. We had to go by $250 dollars of more food that did not required cooking. I sent two emails through out this we of our stay. NO ONE RESPONDED. TO NEITHER EMAIL. This ruined the we for us. Spending more money than planned. I feel we should get a refund for the inconvenience of the $250. We paid total amount rental of the home, as requested. NOT a home that was NOT SAFE and NO up to coded . Worst rental experience ever.

We had a very relaxing weekend. The property was well kept, clean, and right on the water. The scenery was great, fishing galore. The house was comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Enjoyable experience worth revisiting.

The little cabin was way more than expected! Very clean and well taken care of! Great fishing right out of the back door and minutes from the beach. The host was clear, helpful and great with communication! We stayed a week and it was everything we needed and more!! We will most definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone! Props to Marci on taking such great care of her guests and making sure guests have everything they need!! See ya next summer!

This tiny home is just the cutest 😊 we had a great time fishing and spending family time together. Even tried catching crabs with the trap for fun. It’s not a far drive to the beach, so of course had to shell hunt with the kiddos. Bait shops nearby. A lot of convinces nearby, in case you forgot something. Overall no complaints from us, great memories were made ❤️

This rental exceeded our expectations! The house was perfect and the dock and fishing was great! Everything in the Tiny home was perfect. AC was super cold and all accommodations were great. Thanks to Marci for keeping us informed about the property before arrival and checking on us to make sure all was good with check in as well as great check out details! We will be back! The place was tiny but perfect for fishing, well equipped, very clean and host very accomodating.

This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The house sits right on the intracoastal with a beautiful view of the gulf. We saw dolphins right from the concrete daily and our boys loved waving at the barges coming through. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the weather ruined our fishing but we had the best time anyway. We will 100% be back!

The loft is not explained clearly in add. It is not big enough to stand up. It's a crawl space.

There is not one thing I can say bad about our stay. Very relaxing had ever thing we needed. Definitely would recommend and be coming back.

We had good luck with catching fish near the house. So convenient. The hosts were able to answer all of our questions. Clean and comfortable.

By far one of the best vacation properties I have stayed at. The tiny house has so much room and would be perfect for a family get away. The property is right on the inter coastal waterway and the fishing was great. If you don’t want to fish you can sit outside under the lighted cabana and watch the tug boats, barges, pelicans and seagulls. I even got to see dolphins swim by. The owners are great with communication and check in was flawless! I highly recommend staying here.

Our weekend stay was crazy cold. ( special note I’m handicapped and climbing up steps is hard. But the 6-7 steps made me made me feel safe.But the place was very, very clean, comfortable bed. We had a very nice interaction with the owners. and enjoyed meeting them. This is a nice spot to fish for a family with small children because they would enjoy the loft. It’s open with it’s own tv. I loved that it has a concrete landing instead of wood. Rod holders,green light and cleaning station. It warmed up on Sunday enough for us to enjoy lunch on the picnic table. only thing I would add is a toaster. Had to cut stay short because I miscounted my meds by one day and had to go home. But, Looking forward to a return trip in the summer with enough meds. See you soon. Again thanks for the stay

The property was great and the fishing was fantastic! Caught tons of black drum and cooked and ate them in the little kitchen. Marci was great as well. Neighbors were nice. I really needed this vacation, and I wasn't disappointed!

Amazing easy stay. The wife and I were able to kick back and h all week with zero effort and drama. We would do it again.

Had a great stay. Home is located on intacoastal waterway. Matresses in loft was comfortable. Only suggestion I would make is curtains are needed in loft to prevent others sitting on deck of nearby home from looking in. Did not have to contact propery manager for anything.

We needed a little tie away and tis was a perfect spot for us. We fished a lot and watched the barges and tub boats go up and down the Laguna. We walked the beach and picked up shells.

Very comfortable. Idea for a couple or maybe single parent with 1 child. Great if stairs are an issue. Only1bath downstairs could be difficult. Netflix is great. Outside area very nice. Marci was wonderful.

Just looking for a place to post up and do some easy fishing with my 8-year-old son. The “tiny house” was cozy and well appointed, very neat to feel like everything was at your fingertips. Super attentive host and everything was clean. Fishing did not disappoint, right off the bulkhead! Can’t be beat for the price and convenience.

Nice little get away in a nice little house. Fishing was good and the outdoor patio was great.

What an ideal location for Sargent! Fished every morning and evening. Location is quiet! Thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise and set from the backyard. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is stocked and house is clean! Short drive to the beach, but able to see it from the house. Highly recommended spot!

Location easy to find and the place was clean. No problem checking in. Hubby and I stayed there for 4 days. Mosquitoes were very thick, so remember to bring lots of sprays and repellents.
