Decent house but not a great location for getting around by bike. Appreciated having a big garage for all of our bike gear. Comfortable beds. A little noisy with lots of construction directly behind the house for the new Walmart HQ. Updated house in a run down neighborhood.

We enjoyed this fun, decorated home for our gals get-away weekend. The property manager was responsive to our needs.

Our family of 5 enjoyed private bedrooms, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. It was exceptionally clean with very nice towels & linens.

The layout & use of space in this relatively small house couldn’t be better. The property is minutes from downtown & walking distance to Buttered Biscuit for a great brunch. Huge fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. There are a few rundown homes in the neighborhood, but that didn’t impact our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. With my family of four (couple plus kids ages 6 and 8) and my brother's family (couple plus kids ages 1.5, 6, and 9) we had enough room for everyone. We really appreciated both sets of adults having en suite bathrooms and that's something we specifically searched for that was hard to find. The shared hall bath worked great for the kids. We also loved having a garage for bikes and gear and the back yard was a huge hit with the kids. And we don't often take our dog with us, but appreciated that we could here. We will definitely look into staying here again when we're in Bentonville next!

VERY nicely appointed property. Very comfortable. Excellent for families. We played games at a SUPER awesome dining table that fit my whole group (6) comfortably. It would definitely fit 8, maybe even 10! The backyard was perfect for my dog, who got to trot around and be scared of the neighbors' dogs, who were very nice. We didn't spend too much time here as there are tons of things to do. But, the laundry is perfect, and perfectly located. Enough dishes to feed your family a home meal (not crappy serving ware). They have done a GREAT job. Just so you know, it's the nicest looking house on the block, but everyone is very friendly, and people are out and about walking dogs, and being just awesome people.
