Property was as described. Know that the bed on the main floor is a typical pullout and gives no privacy. All other beds have a private bath which is wonderful. You are on a loud and busy street. As other reviews said, parking a vehicle is no easy task! Location and access was perfect for our group!

The home was clean and everything we needed was provided. The only thing is I wish there were curtains in the bedroom. It is like daytime in there at 6am. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

I booked this townhouse to stay in Seattle with my friends for Supercross. The townhouse had limited parking, but we were able to fit a full size truck and car in the designated area. The house was very clean and cozy! The beds were a bit hard. We had an issue with cold showers (no warm water whatsoever, even from the sinks) the first day, so I contacted the owner. I never got in touch with the owner, but Betterstay was able to reply quickly and suggested to reset the breaker. This worked and we were able to have a hot shower for about 5-10 minutes. ( We made sure not to shower at the same time as well, because that would be an understandable reason for the lack of hot water.) I did love that each bedroom had a bathroom, but I did wish the water heater could support each bathroom when someone would go to shower at a separate time. It was a nice location to where we needed to go, only a few minute drive from town or the stadium. Overall great place, but did knock off two stars for the cold showers and hard beds.

My friends and I stayed here for Supercross weekend. It was an adorable townhouse with some parking on the side. We were able to fit a full size truck and car in tandem parking, but no room for any other vehicles (which is listed in the description for this VRBO). I loved that each room had its own bathroom. The mattresses weren't horrible, but definitely on the harder side. I took one star off because we had an issue with having cold showers. Betterstay was great about contacting back quickly and we were able to figure out it was a breaker issue, but the showers became cold after about 10-15 minutes, which may be all the water heater holds. Overall the stay was great, the location was pretty close to all the touristy places as well.

We loved this house! Spacious enough for 3 adult couples and loved that we each had our own bathroom! Large dining table for meals and board game too!

We had a great stay, property is great for a group, well stocked and very clean. The beds could use an upgrade (very hard) but we would stay there again in a heartbeat. One thing to note it is located on a fairly busy road and is quite loud at night but nothing white noise can't drown out. Joanne is great and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

We chose this property because we needed to be near the hospital that my husband was having surgery yet. The place was very functional three bedrooms, three bath multi levels. It was a little noisy from the road as there was lots of traffic. The one thing I think they could improve on would be more kitchen items. Meaning pots pans things to cook with there is enough plates and things like that but just not a lot of cooking. Things are devices that you would need if you wanted to make meals. The cleanliness was a three we found things that weren’t vacuum, swept cobwebs. It just didn’t feel as clean as other VRBO‘s that we were in, but it was manageable. parking was a little hard. There was no place to park other than beside it and as a quick turn up a little hill that was difficult. Overall the place and what we needed it for was good. We didn’t spend a lot of time there.

This place was perfect. Originally there was just 5 of us. Then some friends joined us making it 7. Plenty of room. All of the bathrooms was fantastic. Very clean, and the recommendations we got from the property manager were great as well. I highly recommend this for 8 visitors.

Very nice property in a good location. Exactly what we needed. Check in was super easy and host was incredibly responsive. Some of the best communication I’ve ever had with a VRBO or other rentals. Only issue is the upstairs rooms were a little noisy at night (street noise) and a couple of the rooms were a little too warm.

Very nice place and great location. Easy drive to popular Seattle tourist locations. Parking in actual home was very difficult due to curb, hill and rocks, but plenty of easy street parking. Place was clean and comfortable for our night stays. Bring your own tv connections (hdmi,usb,etc) basic antenna tv available only. And bring your own games if staying with family. Plenty of room for games. Nice cozy place for 2 families with 3 kids.

This place is great! Beautiful and very clean accommodations. We were 3 couples that stayed there. Each bedroom with their own bathroom was a huge plus!

My wife and I had to spend 11 days in Seattle and this house was in a great location with easy access to any major routes around Seattle and the greater. In addition, the house provided everything we needed to make the extended stay comfortable. Owner very responsive as well!

Everything the photos showed were what we imagined the townhouse would deliver.
We hosted a dinner for family and friends. The kitchen was well stock with pot and pans, etc. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace.

Great property and neighborhood with AC
Weather can be unpredictable these days, and it was comforting as a Texan to have the security of central heat and air for this property. The townhouse is clean and comfortable, and there is an Amazon Fresh store within short walking distance for anything you need including delivery within same day. We enjoyed being just a short drive from downtown and had a great time!
