Worked well for what we needed. Peaceful. Relaxing.

House was super clean. Easy to use the canal and dock. Master bedroom and bathroom are big but the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd upstairs bathroom are very small and awkward shaped. The downstairs bathroom and outdoor shower make up for the small upstairs bathroom. And are very nice to have.

We got what we paid for and more. The house was absolutely perfect for and my family and my friends were able to stop and visit.

Great location and beautiful home… will be back

The house was perfect. Spent most of our time on the deck when not out on the boat. Would love to stay here again.

When we arrived the house was 95 degrees, notes about keeping the temp set to 77 yet all the intake vents were black - had not been changed in years, the other vents were all black as well from the dirty filter, showers were gross - mold/mildew, kitchen had roaches, door handle fell off, dishwashers was full, water had constant air in line.

I have stayed at many places in my life and several in this area. This location photographs well but is a far cry from what is represented. It is infested with roaches- in drawers, crawling on the ceilings, and heard scratching through the walls at night. When you leave they ask you to strip the beds of linens. One of the beds we stripped and between the sheet and mattress pad I found what appears to be a louse. This was the bed my 86 year old mother was sleeping in- pretty bad to have to tell your mother to check for crabs. The flooring is not properly placed- looks like sheet vinyl that was just cut and placed- not secured. It creaks and pops with every step and is bunched up and buckled in areas. The place was DIRTY. The silverware was not clean (aside from the cockroaches crawling around in the drawer). Several bowls, cups, and plates looked like they were replaced in the cabinets dirty. The coffee pot had old coffee in the water chamber and needed several pots of water running through it to de-gunk it. The dishwasher has a separate switch to power on the wall, but there was NO communication about that and the handyman had to be called. The property lists 3 bathrooms but there are only 2 in the main living space. We learned on our last day the 3rd bathroom is actually in the garage- which we did not even know we had access to. Rats got into our trash inside the house, water bugs and roaches were in and out like they owned the place. We tried to get late check out thru the emailed they sent, but it would not process. Called and they hung up in the middle of the call. They didn't call back. We were busy so I called back next day, they would not allow late check out. The back door was also open when we got there. Over all not a good experience. I've never rented with Vacasa never will again.
