This house was perfect for our family of 5. There were plenty of bedrooms, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. While the living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable, the bonus play space in the basement was awesome for us. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet; we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place with modern appliances and decor. Beds were amazing. Host was easy to contact-even at a later hour to answer questions. Great location for easy drives east, north and south to downtown, even to other stadiums. Happy were able to cook and eat in as well as enjoy the selection of places to eat out (and exercise) nearby.

We stayed here for almost a week with a family of 5 (two teens, mom and dad, grandma). Everything was so clean and comfortable. Grandma has very limited mobility and had no trouble at all navigating the house (except the basement, which she didn’t need).
There is a Kroger less than a mile away for any groceries you may need, with plenty of refrigerator/freezer space. There were several Keurig cups to get us started, but with 3 coffee drinkers, we did need to get a small box (and left the remaining).
We visited the aquarium, zoo, world of coke, fernbank museum, and the botanical gardens. Everything was around half an hour away, which was perfect. Outside of the city, but only a short drive to get to everything. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we felt safe at all times. The table was plenty big enough for our board game day. Don’t miss out on Ted’s Montana Grill-it was amazing.
The host, Lee, is very responsive and friendly. We have zero complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat whenever we’re in town.

This was a wonderful house for the family, with lots of space. My children had a great time playing with the game table in the basement. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from and easy access to all of the places in Atlanta that we wanted to visit!

Me and my family visited for a birthday party and this house was perfect. Very clean and we didn’t have any issues while we were there. The only downside is that in 3 rooms they didn’t have a TV. I didn’t mind but my family members are old lol and they wanted a TV…Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect location for a weekend at the Braves Game! Only 10 minutes away! The perfect amount of rooms and great size living space! Host was great and quick to answer any questions! Defiantly will be booking a return!

We came to Atlanta to watch some Braves games. This house was perfect for that. A short drive from a quiet neighborhood that is close to many amenities while also being a short drive to the airport and downtown Atlanta. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This adorable house is beautifully redone on the inside. We stayed with three teens and had enough room to relax and work between baseball games. King sized beds for every room. It’s a real gem. Plenty of nice restaurants in Smyrna. Super close to the Battery.

Overall, a very nice house and location. We were in town for a baseball weekend at truist park and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to grocery, food and short drive to the battery. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.

Very laid back neighborhood with nice scenery and a safe feeling environment. We went to Six Flags for a birthday and didnt have a large town rush to get there or back

We had 4 adults staying at the property plus family gatherings for 11.the open floor plan and large kitchen. Table made it possible to enjoy several game nights! Quiet street close to silver comet trail allowed for us to get out and enjoy nature when not gathering for graduation celebrations

The property is as advertised. Quiet family neighborhood in a great location. Just 30 minutes from most attractions. There was some cable but we hooked up our own Roku. The house definitely sleeps 8 with plenty of room downstairs. The master bedroom is nice. The other two bedrooms are a little on the smallish side. If you have adults who need to plug in CPAPs the two smaller bedrooms will be crowded as they each only have one bedside table. We used our cooler on one side to get around this. Shower water pressure was good, no wands if that's important to you. Overall, a great jumping off point.

This was my first rental of this style, and I was pleasantly surprised! The property was cute, cozy, and very clean, and had enough space that my family and I didn't feel crowded together. The host was very nice and I was happy with the communication. The location is quiet and away from major traffic, yet is in close proximity to many attractions. If I'm in this area again, I hope I'm able to book this property.

It was a great place, clean and spacious everyone slept comfortably. No issue with area in fact its 3 minutes from a Kroger which helped with groceries. Great heating and the owner is very quick to respond.

We stayed at this property so we could meet family for an after Christmas celebration. The property was nicely updated and the host were so easy to communicate with. We will definitely remember this property for future trips.

This is the experience VRBO promises...nice, clean, modernized space, safe neighborhood, and very responsive and caring management. I have stayed in a few other properties that are basically decpetive... Mr. Li and the property are wonderful!

Needed a property close to my home, looked at the nearest available and booked it, not expecting any more than the minimum, but instead I found the perfect home for my family wil in town for the wedding, convenient for shops, restaurants and the wedding venue

baseball week
My family and I rented this property with friends for 1 week to attend a baseball tournament in the area for our sons. This house was centrally located to many of the fields used for the tournament. Clean & comfortable, linens and towels included! Two full bathrooms, all king size beds was a plus. The kitchen was minimally stocked, lacked some items, colander, peeler, griddle or square pan for pancakes, large bowls and platters but nothing that stopped us from cooking. I would recommend this residence, it was very clean.

The house was as described. Very clean. I would suggest that TVs be placed in every bedroom. When we stayed they were only in the living room and master bedroom.
