Clean and well maintained rooms. It was a great and pleasant experience. Had a good stay. The staff was great. The bed was soft. Good atmosphere.

No Breakfast Arrangements. Geyser not working

Hotel was not aware that breakfast was complimentary and was included in tariff. The Oyo guy created a ruckus and said no breakfast is included. The hotel people were not happy with guest coming with booking.Com . I need to talk to people at booking.com

The coordination between the hotel , booking.Com is non existent. They just go by oyo. Why
