Sitting out area is very overlooked.
Very hot upstairs if day has been warm/ hot- however there is a heat pump upstairs and downstairs for heating / cooling

Location perfect, has everything you need from a restaurant, groceries even alcohol. The staff were very helpful, responded straight away and made every effort to make the stay enjoyable. I am reasonably traveled and this was one of my topmost v laces I have stayed.
A little side table by the bed, but that’s it.

Great location with cafe, bar and shops all in the same location.
Only one mirror in the whole apartment and only given one towel each for a 6 night stay.

The location was perfect and next to the most amazing cafe ever! The host was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. The room and bathroom were clean and the shared area and kitchen were easily accessible and super clean as well! Loved everything about this place!

Amazing rooms. We stayed at the lodge with private bathroom and shared kitchen and lounge. Best shared kitchen I’ve ever seen and the room and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice! Pub, patisserie, supermarket all on the same property!
Nothing really location is not in the centre of wanaka town which we didn’t realise until we were there but it was fine because we had a car. This may be an issue for people who don’t have their own transport.

The receptionist was amazing very accommodating we were able to get in earlier to dress for wedding. She was very communicative and friendly excellent host. The beds where very comfortable and unit had everything needed.

Only one half length mirror in the main bathroom for a 2 bedrooms town house. For a family of 4 people can be difficult

It is definitely a very comfortable place to stay. There was a air conditioning installed for the summer (only 2 out of 10 accommodations I booked). Clean, privacy, safe and good location. Smart TV provided.

Great layout with plenty of storage spaces for all that extra stuff you have with kids.
Comfortable and handy to a great cafe, bike tracks, walks, swim spots.
Could have been cleaner, found something left over from previous occupants in one of the beds which raises questions about the cleaning.

location was very handy, food, drink, grocery facilities were on site.
fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning, which was not the Proprietors fault, but not one Staff member appeared during this emergency, and it was very confusing to know what action to take.

Beautiful place. This is not in Wanaka but close. There is a restaurant, bakery and small grocery store right there

The room was very clean, new and the shared kitchen was very nice. This establishment is designed for groups and short stay guests.
Didn’t have a view from our room. The window and door open directly onto the car park with clear glass, so for privacy the blinds must be drawn and the lights turned on.

- showers were hot with good pressure
- separate kitchen area well stocked, accessible through door in the room
- plenty of free parking
- close to a nice river path
- good heating
- glass door and windows to the carpark - did have a blind to cover this area
- there were two blue lockers in the room which didn't add much
- one bed did not have an accessible power point

Great place to stay! Excellent location and lovely and clean modern apartment. Great having services in the same block, bakery, tavern, supermarket.
