Very clean modern hotel, everything worked, staff from security guard onwards, were very friendly , smiling, The amenities were first class, room had no window but in this area didn't miss much, a very short walk to sm,and just a little bit further to Robinson galleria, 70 p taxi to pier 1, location perfect for us, priced similar to a lot of run down hotels in cebu, so great value for money, bathroom was very modern and well built and large,

No room service.. Not accommodating for families with babies.. And the wifi is not working well..

That the facilities were okay and usable.

The shower is dodgy. It was hard to switch to shower mode. No phone in the room although we were told in advance.

The room and bed were clean.

Just hope there are more option for food and airport and pier transfer.

The room is quite bigger than other hotel with the same price range. The staffs are accomodating. I booked this hotel since im going to take an exam which is in same building.

There is some smell coming from the comfort room especially if you dont use it like if you are out for the whole and you come back in your room, i think it came from the drainage. Also I hope they offer variety of breakfast food.

on the booking option it shows breakfast included but when you’re in the hotel they will say breakfast is not included

Industrial area, it was far from restaurants, the coffee machine was broken and I left after 2 days and paid for 4 days. I had friends and I wanted to exchange these two nights for one night so that my friends would sleep in this hotel instead, but the manager did not agree.
