Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, está limpio y acogedor. El personal es muy amable. Está muy cerca del centro y es un lugar tranquilo.

Lo único a mejorar desde nuestro punto de vista es la cama, es demasiado suave, poco firme y no hay aire acondicionado y cómo fuimos en época de primavera hacia mucho calor. También nos gustaría que hubiera servicio de restaurante.

El hotel es muy bonito y el staff es amable.

La ubicación, limpieza y comodidad, excelente. El único pequeño inconveniente es que no hubo ningún alimento (desayuno o merienda); tal vez porque me hospedé domingo y lunes.

Sería ideal que tuvieran venta de alimentos todos los días, al menos vendor machine con alimentos básicos (café, pan, fruta).

The room's doors didn't lock completely, they included cards with an incorrect.password and when I omformed.the front desk staff I did get the correct wifi but when I suggested they update their welcome to AnalcO hotel card with the correct password he just shrugged it off and said no (I ended taping the correct password to the welcome to the AnalCo card -obviously they were not ana about customer service). Unfortunately that was clearly a trifle and the behavior of the staff is what prompted me to write this behavior review. My first night I had an allergic reaction and had to take a hot shower to get the bugs causing the reaction off. I went into the room to dry off only to see.that staff peering through large gaps in the doors. One of their cell phones rang right outside which made the strange and violating voyeurism ridiculously obvious. So lack of privacy and inappropriate behavior led me to ask for a new room and the staff were not only unhelpful in action despite assuring me that was fine they didn't make up the other room for hours despite there being many staff just hanging out. Beyond that they loudly insulted me for being a prissy and crazy guest, loud enough I could hear the hours of this clearly (I guess degrading your clients is probably more fun than making even minimal effort to do one's job). As this went on over the course of hours I asked the front desk person politely to not speak loudly such insults towards a paying guess which only led to more talking crap. When my friend I was staying with arrived she heard.the staff making cruel jokes about a certain guest in the front office, instead of say making up the room which had doors that actually closed, which seemed like not just terrible service but that disregard with intention and sincere enjoyment in mocking someone I assume was me given the group's insults centering around some pathetic guest asking for a new room.

Me encantó el lugar, la ubicación es excelente, el ambiente es tranquilo, en fin, muy recomendable.

No tienen servicio de alimentos.

La habitación era muy hermosa, una decoración muy bonita, la cama era king size muy bien arreglada y limpia. Habitación muy amplia y la calidad del colchón excepcional. La calidez del personal, atento y con bonita actitud. Gracias por el esfuerzo de hacernos sentir bien recibidos.
