Do conforto do apartamento, quartos e camas super confortáveis, apartamento lindo e muito bem aparelhado

Como estava muito calor em Orlando, o ar-condicionado não foi muito eficaz. Os chuveiros também poderiam ser melho

This propeety was horrible and the hosts are even worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They rented me a condo on the 4th floor that had 2 balcony doors that were broken. I told them it wasn’t safe as I had a disabled daughter and this was a HUGE safety risk for her. They told me I would have to wait 24 for a resolution, which I obviously didn’t have. They lied to me and said they would cancel the reservation and I would get refunded. Well a couple of days later they messaged me and told me they couldn’t refund me. They told me I lied about the doors being broken (even though I have 2 videos of me closing the door, locking it and then opening it right back up because it was broken). I sent them the video and they said I “mishandled” the door. The property owner Upstay are complete frauds. They put on a front like they have great customer service but in actuality they are terrible managed. BEWARE!!!!!

Location was good and did not get problems finding. we did not have any breakfast serve or was told there will be.

The property was extremely clean, very spacious, and had a great layout.

The only issue with the property was poor cellphone reception.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was really convienient for a disney vacation. The owners kept in contact through the booking app and if needed they would be easy to reach (but everything was all set, so there wasn't need to contact them). The place matched the pictures provided.

Renewed, and close to Disney.

The communication was very poor, you will be very lucky if they answered your call. We had to wait for a whole hour in the facility parking begging them to send us the door lock code and the room number. Some lights were not working. The apartment is renewed but the cleaning is not good, there was some unknown source hair in the bathroom.
