The property is located in a calm and prime location. The prophet’s (PBUH) mosque is literally across the road and the access to the rawdah is more or less on same side of the entrance from the hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was fantastic and breakfast second to none. The staff at the hotel are attentive even when they are busy with other things. Would I stay at the Mysk again? Most definitely!

Pricey...hotel..

We booked Mysk Al Balad for our Umrah trip which was booked very last minute and as a result there were limited accomodation options available in Madinah. We were not expecting much from Mysk Al Balad but it far exceeded all of our expectations! This hotel truly is a hidden gem. The restaurant is fantastic- the rice dishes, salad bar and desert station were better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The waiters are excellent at what they do and you really forget you are at a restaurant. The Restaurant Manager really should be commended for running such a slick operation- he genuinely loves his job and interacting with customers. The Chef and kitchen team deserve an award for how delicious the dinner was each night- please keep your Chef and kitchen staff at all costs! The day your Chef leaves it will be a very sad loss for Mysk! Special shout out to Abdullah on the front desk for a wonderful checkin experience and for upgrading us- we are truly thankful to you and the Customer Service team for making our stay so memorable! The stand out feature of this hotel was the excellent Customer Service- a feature which is lacking in many hotels in Saudi Arabia at present, but not at Mysk Al Balad! The hotel was very busy when we stayed but the front desk were polite, curteous and happy to help at all times- they really should be a shining example to other hotels in the area! In contrast we went on to stay at a 5 star hotel in Makkah and it was a terrible experience in comparison- we can not believe that Mysk is only a 3 star in comparison it really deserves a much higher rating! There really is a lot of barakat at this hotel and we wish the Mysk Group every success in the future- we look back at our time fondly and we hope we get the chance to return one day Insha'Allah!

Whilst the Bedrooms are large and spacious, the bathroom's are cramped, however the excellent customer service makes up for this shortcoming

Excellent staff and customer services. Perfect location but not for the ladies prayers (very very close to the men's entrances) but for women's entrance at gate 12 &13 it's a 5 minute walk depends on the fenced areas they out for men. Very close to gate 305 and the museums. Really really pefrfect location.

Location excellent. Overall I was very happy with the hotel's value for money.

They are very welcoming and helpful especially Seba and Fatima they helped me so much, we arrived yesterday at 2:00pm, my sister was sick they care about us and send us a doctor to check on her, the property was extra clean, the breakfast was so delicious I love this place and will Enchallah always come.

The staff are exceptional and adds another dimension to the experience as they are very friendly, eager to help and offering extras. Suhail was an amazing person and my kids diffenetly loved him. The breakfast buffet was good. Very recommended stay cause of the awesome staff.

Most hospitable and welcoming hotel staff I ever met . From the manager to the service boys everyone was outstanding and smiling . Location is great.
