Cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t very good. Lots of hair in the shower and also bins not emptied beforehand.

excellent communications refrigerator was on and cool very quiet and convenient location shower worked well room was very clean and well aired

cctv camera next to patio area, it was very obtrusive and made us uncomfortable to use table and chairs one of the wine glasses hadn't been cleaned and had sticky wine residue towels were very small and thin expected there to be at least a bar of soap in the bathroom

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We got what we paid for. Good car parking and host on hand if needed.

Room was clean and well finished …….. it just felt a bit basic, but I realise that’s the market it serves

Quiet location, good off road parking facilities. Large room newly decorated. Comfortable bed.

Owners lived on site but were extremely ‘ hands off’ which felt very inhospitable. Room and bathroom felt ex-institutional which I guess it is - converted from a care home type facility. Unfortunately room had a lingering odour to match probably due to the carpet which was aged as we’re the bathroom facilities. Not a cheap place to stay, I would rather pay more to be welcomed and have some interaction with owners that made you feel welcome. Felt like owners only in it for the money. Room felt austere and rear garden which was quite spacious was open and did not feel private so was not used.
