Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants 🤗❤️

Positives: This house is HUGE and beautiful! The pictures online don't do it justice. The house was immaculate on the inside - very clean. Washer and dryer were amazing to have. Outdoor shower to wash off sand was great to have. Fans in every room were much appreciated. Well stocked kitchen, new non-stick pots and pans were nice! Negatives: We went in July - although the temps outside were nice (70s) the house was incredibly stuffy inside. We tried to open windows to let the air in, but due to the location of the house it was almost better to just suffer in the stuffiness. The house is location is not ideal. It is located on the main busy road that goes through downtown Oceanside. It is situated next door to a busy 24 hour gas station, a Motel 8 and Motel 6, a busy restaurant, a liquor store and an empty overgrown lot filled with trash. We witnessed a lot of questionable activities going on in the empty lot next door (people urinating in public, random cars would pull in at different hours, homeless, etc) We tried to leave the windows open to air out the house but the amount of noise from cars, fireworks, gunshots (?), people and restaurant noise was unbearable. We would wake up to loud noises every 5 seconds. It was awful. So we shut the windows and dealt with it which made sleeping impossible. The house is technically "walkable" to the beach, but not really. We drove to the beach and parked. I can't imagine walking. It's pretty far. Will not stay at this house again.

a spacious and comfortable home. Great for families. Kitchen is well appointed in their plenty of towels. Few things need to be fixed: first floor, half bathroom, the hinged to the flap it keeps the water in the tank, keeps coming undone and needs to be fixed with the toilet runs continuously. Also, stove burners worked intermittently to work the first day a different one worked on the second day, but not the first two. finally, the dishwasher did not work. It did not dispense soap and the buttons were programs did not seem to work as the lights did not go on as we pushed them. House was a perfect location for us. Overall, a nice experience

Big space for everyone to feel comfortable. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, and easy walk to beach with plenty of beach toys and chairs in garage.

The house was very roomy and comfortable. We had a party of 8 and everyone had their own space between the beds and the pull out couches. It would have been nice to have better pots and pans. But still a great stay!

Home is very walkable to beach and dining. Lots of nice coffee shops and ice cream, too. We stayed for Memorial Day and no AC was not an issue. Comfortable bedrooms and living room seating.

Enjoy this property great view really nice house the third floor balcony could’ve been a little cleaner and the Wi-Fi wasn’t that good besides that great house and we will definitely come back.

I enjoyed the lay out of the house. Smelled clean. There was some dust and cobwebs. We were a bit disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work in the tub. Although it states 2 car garage, there is only room to park one car. The side door to access the house was muddy from the rain. It has some stones to step on but they are spaced out to far. Shorter people and kids don’t have a choice but to walk on the muddy ground. Also there were throw blankets available but they were dirty. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.
