The location is fine and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was good too.

Broken furniture at reception, lots of flies and stray cats. The pool only has a few bean bags, which aren't hygienic and there aren't enough seats

The swimming pool was nice and the lady who checked me in and gave me an envelope was really nice.

The evening staff were quite rude and I asked for a new envelope knowing they have them and she lied to me and said they don’t have any. My room had 2 cats on the balcony and there was either a massive yellow insect or a lizard running around my room.

Peace and quiet, for those who don't want to party all the time. Spacious rooms. Swimming pool to relax. Small stretches of beaches accessible on foot, but mainly reserved for fishermen, even Rawaï Beach, otherwise rent a scooter or car, Grab or Bolt to get around and access other perfectly swimmable beaches on the west side of the island, such as Nai Han Beach, Nui Beach or Kata Noi, then from Kata Beach, it's full, extremely full, but it may be suitable for some.

Venetian blinds in the bedrooms which do not block out too much light.

Located directly on Soi Saiyuan, the probably busiest road in Rawai, let's you enjoy all the terribly loud motorbikes and cars. It seems it became cool in Phuket to have louder bikes, cars as anybody else. The shape of the hotel makes it even worth. The pool is located between 2 buildings and does not offer any sunbeds or chairs or privacy. Guess they realized that nobody likes to use it anyways. Really, who wants to swim, while everybody is starring. Depending on the room you get, you have either non or very limited storage possibilities. The beds are terrible and equipped with cheapest mattresses you can buy in Thailand. The balconies are useless since very tiny. The so called gym is a dirty corner in bright sunlight with 2 dumbells 😂 In room wifi is just a catastrophe. I had to go on the balcony in order to have reception. 800 Euro for 1 month is not much, but we would not book it again.
