Joy's breakfast was continental with fruit plus eggs. It was very rich and a good start for the day. We could use the garden on the back of the house which made us really feel at home. Fifty metres from the house you cross a little stream which you follow right to Favershan market in about 15 minutes. On the way back you can shop at Morrison's which is very practical.

There is nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was in the conservatory. At any time of my choosing. Very good breakfast. Fresh fruit was very nice. Joy and Chris were very welcoming. Room was spotless. Sheets crisp and new. Carpet clean. Shower very good and clean. Room and shower room were nice and warm on a wet day. I was walking the Saxon Shore Way with my sister and my dog - a Cockapoo. He was well behaved and was welcomed. I booked this accomodation for two nights. It worked out very well. I was slightly concerned we were out of the town centre but we walked and followed the stream on a tarmacadam path and we were in the town centre in 10 minutes. So no problem.

The room was cosy and comfortable on a quiet street, with an easy walk to town. The breakfast was delicious, with the bonus of fruit fresh from the garden! Joy and Chris were great hosts, very friendly but they also gave me my own space. It was lovely having such a homely place to stay for my holiday.

Joy and Chris were both very friendly and helpful. Close to centre particularly with shortcut pointed out by Chris. Good breakfast.

The room and bathroom we both pleasant and clean with a good selection of tea and coffee. Despite no cooked breakfast available, there was a good selection of fruit, cereals and croissants.

The location was further outside of the town centre than we would have liked however it was walkable on a pleasant summer evening

it is situated in a nice quite area lovely big en-suite shower room and the property has a nice homely feel to it

Joy and Chris are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was in the conservatory and Joy serves up a great selection. The location of the property gives you a lovely walk into town along the stream and past the old Chart gunpowder mill. All in all we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home with two lovely people who made us feel special. We look forward to meeting them again soon.
