Location. Great Breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice size room. Common patio. Great shower. Unique decor adding to experience.

None of these are huge issues and should not prevent you from staying here as the facility is very nice - just more informational. 1. The TV in our room was mounted behind a mirror. This was more aesthetically pleasing but caused a huge glare requiring you to turn off lights in order to watch it. 2. There are no hooks for bathroom towels but this seems to be common in Italy. 3. The shower was one of the best and strangest we have seen. It required stepping up and then down so it would be a problem for someone with mobility issues. It was also covered in wall paper which is odd for a shower. It also was glass and opened into the room. There was a window blind so it could be closed off. The actual shower was amazing with lots of pressure and 3 different water spout options. 3. The check in process and using your phone to open the doors, while nice in terms of technology, was a little annoying and problematic when phone dead or can't get Internet. There are manual codes so make sure to keep those on hand for an emergency. None of this should prevent you from staying as we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We booked 2 beautiful rooms leading off a private entrance hall with great facilities. There are several, secluded outdoor terraces with tables, chairs and loungers with plenty of shade if needed. Lovely, small spa pool on the top roof terrace. Breakfast was wonderful including local meats, cheese, pastries, fruit and fresh honey still on the honey comb. The central square is just a minute's walk away. Delightful staff. I'd thoroughly recommend Bianco Raro Villas.

Check-in is very high tech and very clever. It took us a little while to work it out but once we understood it, it felt very secure.

Excellent room and rooftop pool. The breakfast was extensive and Mary was very attentive to our preferences. Great location.

Amazing place!!! We were just for 1 day in Ostuni. This place made our trip remarkable. It's design and comfort is top! Very near to center and quiet. We stayed at room 8, that i don't know anyone to say they don't like this place. 😊👌

Lots of character, design-led boutique style accommodation. Breakfast was very good in terms of choice, service and the option of cooked eggs.

The self-check in process was a little confusing at first.

The rooftop pool was a nice plus.

At first, the key less system was a little complicated and not that intuitive. Once we figured it out, it was easy to use.

The central location, the excellent staff and the pool area.

A few little tweaks needed to make the room perfect - for example the hairdryer socket not working unless you held it in with the other hand and the super powerful shower spraying the room.

Amazing accommodation. Very close to everything Ostuni has to offer but also on a quiet road so you cannot hear anything. The room was very clean, comfortable and the hosts were amazing. Cannot recommend this enough. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time and we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect!

We like everything about this property exept the bathroom design(description below). The modern and the old style design meets in this property, as soon as we stepped in we felt we are in a place that can be called luxory. Beautiful, well mantained, very clean building/room awaited us. The terrace, the roof top pool with the window bottom is marvellous. The property is very close to the old town, and to the bus stop as well. The staff was very kind and professional. We highly recommend this property. Unfortunatelly we didn’t make photos about the property, only about the bathroom.

We stayed in room called "Vico Bianco - Camera Vico Quaranta Deluxe 2", our room’s bathroom is terrible designed, if you wish to visit the toilet you must walk trough on the extremly slippery shower. My partner slipped over while she was having a shower and likely broke her toes. (will see a doctor on Monday when we fly home)

The appartment was amazing with perfect localization near to the city centre. Marvellous pool at the roof. I wish I could come back.

The pool area is lovely on a hot day. Room is lovely to look at. Breakfast great.

Thou room is beautiful we had a cave room but it was noisy with a fan that I couldn’t switch off. It went off and on all night making it hard to sleep if a light sleeper like me. Also bed felt damp possibly due to cave moisture. Coffee machine plug didn’t fit wall socket or missing a piece.

Loved the fact that each of the rooms was a little hidden and it was a little adventure to find the actual room. Also loved the fact that room spilled out into the outdoor breakfast area...oh, before I forget, loved the rooftop pool. Great place to make yourself an afternoon Spritz and relax.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! For the first time, the hotel is even better than the pictures. It was super well decorated, in a very nice building, the hotel had different terraces were I could enjoy some quite time by the pool or even get some work done (the wifi works perfectly). The room was also amazing, would have stayed more nights if we could! The location is perfect next to the main streets in the old town and near a public parking. Would definitely go back.

The check-in/paying process was a bit difficult (probably because not used to it). However the assistance via whatsapp works perfectly! In the end it was fully ok.

Unique hotel with stunning architecture and design. Beautiful breakfasts and then nicest staff you could wish for.

A little too complicated checking in procedure

Beautiful lady who served us breakfast was the only great thing about this hotel.

Very disappointed. So overpriced for what we got. Rooms had terrible stuffy smell, unclean, aircon broken, Netflix did not always connect, algae on balcony, bath towels left on toilet so we didn’t use them, charged 100 euro a night for small sofa bed, lack of communication with property when things didn’t work.

wonderful location, wonderful rooms, very nice breakfast and stuff

very complicated way to enter house and rooms. we didn’t knew our room numbers and it was not written in our communication letters. in the end , after few calls to property they sent codes by sms, and then we could enter. In future please make more simpler, or you can write to the guest time when cleaning lady and other staff in the building, i open doors for other guests who where standing behind main doors and also couldn’t come in. our window-doors didn’t work correctly so we couldn’t use our beautiful room terrace :(.

- water would deflect on the floor when shower which would make the floor very wet. Not a bad thing but TV is default set to HDMI 1 but the Sky TV is plugged to HDMI3 this has to be changed everytime the TV is turned on but it works completely fine.
