I like the 4th floor balcony. I like the key access only to floors and waterfront entrance.

bad Wi-Fi, no microwave, not enough storage

the location was great and I liked the indoor attached parking garage.

the room has an opaque see-through bathroom door. very strange! also no microwave in the rooms. they need that. The main issue is they book more capacity than they have staff to cover. I had to ask 3 times to get my room cleaned! The breakfast area was filthy and it was difficult to find a clean table. I called the restaurant before I arrived to see if they took reservations and the bartender said, “Sure! I’ll get my ‘reservations manager’ right on that!” then laughed, and hung up on me. Overall, the staff was overwhelmed and were ALL taking it out on the guests. Rudeness prevailed and I was stunned at how people were being treated. The only person doing a good job was the front desk manager on Sunday night. She was able to finally get my room cleaned and tried to make it up to me with a free breakfast. She was the only example of proper customer service. The rest of the staff should get other jobs if they hate theirs so much.

We were told we would get river views and only one room out of three had a river view.

Breakfast buffet was nice and the location of the hotel in the new waterfront area is excellent

The hotel is relatively expensive for the amenities. No bathroom toiletries, bedcovers rough, not enough plugs, nothing but water in the fridge to purchase, coffee machine not accessible on a high shelf. The bathroom had only a hand-held spray..shower not working.....no bathtub. All in all, very spartan for the price of the double Queen room .

The service and food and the restaurant were terrible. The meals were overpriced and not edible. Avoid the restaurant!

Needed a toothbrush - lobby mini store has everything else but no toothbrushes. Also, I did not request a handicap room - I mentioned this to the receptionist. Her responses were we're out of rooms - but I am sure that wasn't the case. You should let customers know beforehand if you're going to put them in a handicap room.

The view of the river was amazing

The bed was very hard & so were the pillows
