Manager (Sabrina) was amazing. Very informative, available, responsive and willing to help. Place was clean, easy to get to. We had a large group and everyone had nothing but great things to say!

We had a great time, property is beautiful. We had the best stay.The Wifi service and phone reception was extremely poor in the house. The teenagers complained but didn't bother the adults much. BarBQ grill needs to be replaced, it is very old, rusted, and does not work at ALL. For such a beautiful property I was a bit shocked about the grill. I would also replace the Kitchen garbage can. Sabrina was fantastic to work with.

Before considering renting this unit, please read about my recent stay at Sabrina's property. During our Christmas/New Year's family vacation, involving 30 people, we encountered a significant cockroach problem not disclosed in the listing. Upon arrival, the discovery of the infestation prompted us to contact Sabrina, the host, and VRBO customer service for assistance. Our experience with VRBO customer service was unsatisfactory, leading to a prolonged and unproductive exchange. Sabrina, seemingly inexperienced in handling such situations, was unable to provide alternative accommodation, leaving us with no option but to spend the night in our vehicles until hotels became available. The issues we faced, combined with Sabrina's inability to offer a solution, contributed to our overall dissatisfaction. Despite reaching out to eight representatives, Sabrina directed us back to VRBO, creating a frustrating loop of responsibility. Our neighbors, staying in other VRBO homes, confirmed not facing such problems, casting doubt on the property's cleanliness and overall quality. As a result, we chose to relocate to Mystic Dunes Resort after spending less than six hours in Sabrina's home, mostly standing outside in the cold rain. I strongly advise against choosing this property due to the evident lack of cleanliness and unresponsiveness from the host. Exercise caution and explore alternative options for your stay! I wish someone had shared this information with us! You're welcome!

Beds were not as informed in listing 2 beds short but we made it work.

We had an amazing family days in this property! everyone loved the house, very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed. We use the pool, the game room, the pool table, the grill, everything! Communication with Sabrina was excellent, she responds immediately and helped us with what we needed, she let us get check out late and was perfect for us. We definitely want to go back soon. Thank you for everything Sabrina!

The house was nice my only problem is that the movie theater room is the garage which is very cold and room get extremely cold at night the communication was good until after 2nd day of arriving

The property was clean. My family felt safe.

We had a great time at this property with our family, We had a issue with the pool but they did not hesitate to contact us they was knocking on the door the next morning and they fixed the problem and also gave us a bonus due to the issue. We will most definitely stay with them again. They was amazing!
